LOGIN Page Upon account activation, you will receive an e-mail that will require you to login using a temporary password. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. Link: http://payments.ncm.com 3
Changing Password Under Account Settings, click on Name, Email, Password. You have the option to change your current e-mail address, or leave blank if you want to use your existing e-mail address. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. Click Submit. 4
Address Information You can view the current address information that NCM has for your organization on file by clicking Address Book. If you see that the address information is wrong, please contact the Accounts Receivable team so they can update your information. 5
Contacts You can add additional contact information for your organization by clicking Contacts. This section is used if case the main contact for your credit card purchases may be out of the office for an extended time. Click New Contact to add the delegate s information. 6
Contacts (continued) The Create Contact screen then appears. Enter all mandatory fields (remember, this contact information is for an additional contact other than the initial user of this credit card portal. It is not required, only an option). You have the option to deactivate additional users at any time by selecting the Status option. Once the primary account owner has entered their password, click Submit. 7
Your Account Summary This section gives you an aged overview of your account balance. You can review this section occasionally to ensure that your account is current and paid to date. 8
Invoice History This section will provide you the invoices on your account that have been paid and unpaid. You can view and print invoices by clicking on an invoice number. You will also make one-time credit card payments using this screen. NOTE: Only invoices generated after your account for this portal has been created will appear. This history may not reflect all open/unpaid invoices on your account. 9
ONE-TIME Payment ONE-TIME PAYMENT: In the lower section of the Invoice History screen, select the invoice(s) you wish to pay under the Pay column. Enter your credit card information and all required fields. Please note that you must check the Save box in order to continue entering all card information. You can add different credit cards to your profile if you wish; however, you must select the preferred option to specify which card on file to use. Once all credit card information has been entered, agree to the Terms & Conditions and select Pay via secure server. All credit card information stored (for one-time and auto pay transactions) can be viewed in the AUTO PAY section (see page 12). *NOTE: You cannot specify dollar amounts to pay; your card will be charged based on the actual invoice values. A payment greater than $25,000 will not be accepted via this portal. 10
Payment History This section will provide you a history of the credit card payments processed that were applied to your account via this online portal. 11
AUTO PAY This section allows you to add your credit card information for recurring payments. You add your credit card information by selecting Add new credit card. Note that all credit cards (for one-time AND auto pay transactions) are stored in this view. If you wish to edit or remove a credit card that is on file, click Edit or Delete. 12
AUTO PAY (continued) Once you have selected Add new credit card, the screen above appears. Please enter your credit card information, select Auto Pay, agree to the Payment Terms & Conditions and click Submit. Note that all credit cards (for one-time and auto pay transactions) will be stored in this view. *NOTE: Your credit card will be charged when all invoices reach their due date each month. You cannot specify dollar amounts to pay; your card will be charged based on the actual invoice values. This portal will not accept a payment over $25,000. 13
