John F. Stoeser, CFA Senior Portfolio Management Director Senior Vice President Financial Advisor John has worked in the investment industry for over 26 years and received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA ) designation in 1991. John joined Northwest Capital Group at Morgan Stanley in 2001. As Senior Portfolio Management Director, John is responsible for discretionary management of individual and foundation client investment portfolios through Morgan Stanley s Portfolio Management Program. John also provides wealth planning advice to high net worth clients based on their goals and unique circumstances. John s previous professional investment experience included management of an equity mutual fund in excess of $1 billion for Citigroup Asset Management (1998-1999); management of a high yield bond fund for Safeco Asset Management (1996-1997); industry research analysis covering technology, real estate, and media for Safeco Asset Management (1991-1997). Patrick Sheehan Financial Planning Specialist Vice President Financial Advisor Patrick began his career with Morgan Stanley in 2004. As a Financial Planning Specialist with the Northwest Capital Group at Morgan Stanley, Patrick works with high net worth families and individuals to bring a holistic approach toward clients' financial plans and goals, with an emphasis on prudent risk management and long term investments. Debra L. Morrow Financial Advisor Debra has over twenty-five years' experience in the financial services industry, including over seventeen years at Morgan Stanley. Brett Barton Senior Vice President Financial Advisor Brett started in the financial services industry in the Pacific Northwest in 1993. As a Financial Advisor with Northwest Capital Group, Brett's focus is working with affluent families and their trusted advisors to deliver customized credit, investment, philanthropic and wealth transfer strategies. He does this by initially employing a comprehensive and thorough plan with his clients to understand the current and future goals of the client and their family. Our wealth advisory consultative process can help you design a cohesive plan for the future that includes: 2 Analysis and recommendation 1 Discovery Before our first meeting, we suggest that you take a fresh inventory of your wealth, including where each asset is located and what it is worth. At that meeting, we will begin by exploring many questions to try to capture what matters most to you and fully understand what you want to accomplish with your wealth. We will talk about you, the kind of lifestyle you enjoy, what worries you and what you are passionate about. Our conversation will also explore your values, key relationships, total assets, preferred manner of communication, as well as identify the other professional advisors with whom you work. That way, our team can help you determine how all the facets of your financial situation could dovetail effectively. Based on our discussion, the team will analyze your personal and financial information, including liabilities, and assess risks and identify potential threats to your financial health. We will present you with a personalized plan that can help address your income and cash flow needs, borrowing requirements, asset protection, retirement planning, wealth transfer, philanthropy and other areas beyond investment management. By taking the additional time to carefully review these topics, we hope to make you comfortable with proposed investment strategies and service providers before implementing your wealth plan. 3 Implementation After you have approved your wealth plan, we will work closely with you to implement it, bringing an objective 10 MORGAN STANLEY

Wherever appropriate, we will suggest seeking additional, in-depth advice on particularly complex issues we have identified, including family dynamics, estate planning, lending, tax planning strategies and more. Whatever approach we decide on, the team will help you keep your investments on track. 4 Reviewing objectives We believe that ongoing communication is a vital component of our ongoing relationship, and we are committed to keeping abreast of your changing financial needs. Your financial documents provide the foundation for regular meetings, and the team will review your portfolio at your request and whenever you feel that your circumstances have changed. We will then seek to make certain that your assets are positioned according to your evolving needs. If necessary, we will suggest adjustments to your strategy to address changes in your circumstances or your objectives. 11

Award candidates are then evaluated against 10 objective eligibility and evaluation criteria associated with wealth managers who must have a minimum of five years experience as an investment adviser representative or other accepted credentials, client retention rates, client assets administered, firm review and a favorable regulatory and complaint history as defined by Five Star. Five Star Professional determines the final list of Five Star Wealth Manager Award winners. The Award does not evaluate the quality of services furnished to clients and it is possible that the recipient may have received unfavorable ratings from those surveyed. Five Star Professional collected the information for this Award through surveys it conducted.
