CHAPTER -6: COMPANY AUDITOR 15) In case of failure of the Board to appoint the first auditor, it shall inform the Central Government. 16) Where a person appointed as an auditor of a company incurs any of the disqualifications after his appointment, he will still continue as an auditor. 17) An auditor appointed under the Companies Act, 2013 shall provide to the company only such other services as are approved by the company in general meeting.
