What is housed in this website? NOVA Home Loans uses a secure website where you can access your NOVA loan documents 24-hours a day. In this secure website, you will find the documents associated with your loan and if you provide your econsent, you may sign these documents electronically. You will also have the ability to upload supporting documents your NOVA Loan Officer or Processor requests from you during the loan process. Frequently Asked Questions What is econsent? NOVA Home Loans allows you the convenience of electronically signing your loan disclosures. However, prior to receiving or signing disclosures or other loan documents electronically, we need your consent. Can I stop mid-way through the signing process and come back to finish at a later date? Yes. Select OTHER ACTIONS to save your progress and come back later by selecting FINISH LATER. What if I start esigning and the system times out? The esigning process will time out if there is no activity for few minutes. If this happens, you will need to start over. To avoid a time out, please be sure to keep moving through the esigning process or move your mouse as you read through the documents. Can I esign my documents on my cell phone or tablet? While this may be possible, it is not recommended. Also, the Web Center is not well supported by the Safari browser, which makes esigning on an iphone or ipad difficult. How do I access the website? After your Loan Officer sends your loan disclosures, you will receive an email from efolder@elliemae.com titled, NOVA Disclosures Ready to be Signed.
