In order to receive commissions, you must be Active. A Brand Partner who generates at least 80 Recurring Volume (RV) or 100 Business Volume (BV) in a calendar month will be considered Active. Relationship Marketing & Earning Retail Customers are customers who purchase Renew products at the suggested retail price, whether directly from one of our Brand Partners or through an online store. Brand Partners may purchase products at wholesale price and resell them for retail profit. Preferred Customers Preferred Customers are your customers who enroll with Renew on a recurring order agreement for their product orders of 50SV (Sales Volume) or more and receive Preferred Customer pricing on Renew products. With sales to Preferred Customers, you earn a commission for your efforts calculated on the difference between wholesale and preferred retail pricing. 6 Dual Team Commissions Paid Weekly DualTeam Commissions are calculated from your placement tree, which has two legs: a left and a right. Earning DualTeam Commissions only requires you to be Active and Qualified. You will be compensated based on Product Pack Sales Volume within your placement tree. As your group begins to grow, you are entitled to DualTeam Commissions based on the total Product Pack SV generated in your lesser leg. Only orders that contain a Renew Product Pack are calculated for DualTeam Commissions. DualTeam Volume must be a minimum of 300 SV to trigger the commission. If the weak leg volume (the leg with the least volume) is less than 300 SV, then the existing SV will carry forward to the following week as long as you remain Active.* If you have not yet become qualified, your volume will carry forward and be paid once you are qualified. DualTeam Commissions are limited by your paid as rank up to $60,000 per week. 8 Personal Team Commissions Paid Monthly Earn a percentage of sales from the previous calendar month based on total Sponsorship Organization Volume (SOV) through the 12 levels of your organization with compression. Earn more by achieving a higher rank status! SOV does NOT include Pack Sales. Regardless of rank, Level (0) pays 3% of all BV in excess of 200SV. This includes all of your Retail Sales plus personal purchases. 9 Double Leadership Reward Paid Monthly When you achieve the rank of Double, you qualify to earn on all SOV from your 13th level to the next Independent Brand Partner of equal or greater rank. Depending on your rank, and the rank of those in your Personal Enrollment Tree, your percent of the SOV will change (refer to the table at right). For example: if you are a Black, you will make 0. of your total SOV until you reach the rank of Double, at which point you will begin earning 0.2 and you will earn 0.2 below them until you reach a Black or above, below which you will no longer earn a bonus. In order to earn from the Global Reward Pool, you must be at the paid as rank. Every month, Renew adds up all global sales volume and puts a percentage into the Global Reward Pool. Enrollment Product Pack sales are not included in the Global Reward Pool. As soon as you reach the rank of Silver, you become eligible to start earning shares of the Pool. The Pool is up to 2% of the Global SV from Preferred Customers, Retail Customers and Brand Partner purchases (PEV), and is divided by the ranks from Silver to Presidential. The higher your rank, the more shares you will earn in the pool. Global Bonus Pools are subject to a 50% SV cap. 14 General Notes Renew will pay up to a maximum of 50% of the Qualified Personal Enrollment Tree Volume. If the cap is reached, Renew will adjust the Commission percentage to reach the 50% maximum payout. All compensation in the Renew Rewards Plan is based soley on product sales activity. An annual administration fee of $49 is required to maintain status as a registered Renew Independent Brand Partner. DEFINITIONS 50% Payout Rule: Renew will not payout more than 50% of the total Business Volume during any bonus period. Active Brand Partner: An Independent Brand Partner who generates at least 80 RV or 100 BV in a calendar month. Business Volume (BV): All personal purchase volume and retail and preferred customer volume combined during a calendar month. Business Volume qualifies you for rank advancement and other features in the plan. You will receive 3% on all volume that exceeds 200SV (i.e., on your 0 level). These commissions will be paid monthly with the Personal Team Commissions payout. Carryover Volume: For DualTeam Commissions, each Active Brand Partner can carry over a maximum of 1,000,000 in the Strong Leg SV each period and up to 2,000 SV in the Lesser Leg. Carryover Cap: The amount of SV an active Brand Partner can carry over for each bonus period. Commission Qualified: Active and Qualified. Compression: Excludes inactive Brand Partners from counting as a level in your Personal Sponsorship Tree. Customer: Anyone who purchases a Renew product either directly from a Brand Partner or from a Brand Partner s website and is not yet a Brand Partner. DualTeam: When you build your team, you will build a left leg and a right leg. All SV from orders associated with a Renew Product Pack enters the left or right leg. This is your DualTeam structure. DualTeam is only one component of the Renew Rewards Plan. DualTeam Commissions: Earn up to 18% on the lesserleg of your DualTeam structure either left or right leg, to unlimited levels. Enroller: The actual Renew Brand Partner who recruits a prospect and signs him or her up as a Renew Brand Partner. Enrollment Tree: The Brand Partner organization consisting of Brand Partners you have personally enrolled and those that have been enrolled by them, and so on. Enrollment Tree Leg: An Enrollment Tree Leg starts with a new Brand Partner when you personally enroll them and is expanded based on the new Brand Partners that they personally enroll. Each person that you personally enroll (often referred to as your 1st level) will become the start of an Enrollment Tree Leg. Everyone they personally enroll (and so forth) will all be within that Enrollment Tree Leg. Independent Brand Partner: Anyone who signs a Renew Enrollment Agreement. All Brand Partners must also adhere to the Renew Policies and Procedures and Terms and Conditions. A Brand Partner who has had their position canceled for any reason is no longer a Brand Partner. 15 Monthly Reward Period: Your monthly reward is based on the highest paid as rank achieved within each calendar month. (See Paid As Rank definition.) Personal Sponsor: A term used to describe the direct connection between a Sponsor and a Brand Partner. Sponsoring is the placement of a Brand Partner within the Unilevel organization (Sponsorship Tree). Preferred Customers: Preferred Customers are your Retail customers who signup with a recurring order of 50SV (Sales Volume) or more and receive Preferred Customer pricing on Renew products. Qualified: A personally enrolled active Brand Partner on both your left and right legs. Rank Achievement Volume (): The total volume in your personally sponsored organization from Retail Sales, personal purchases from Brand Partners within your personal organization and Renew Product Pack sales within your personally sponsored organization used to calculate the Volume for rank achievement. Rank Achievement Volume caps may apply based on Qualification parameters. Rank (Highest Achieved or Lifetime): The highest Rank title earned since joining Renew. Rank (Paid As): The Rank title earned in the current pay period. Recurring order: This is an ongoing and automatic program that enables customers and Brand Partners to receive their products consistently every month. This is a great way to ensure you maintain Active status. Recurring Volume (RV): Volume earned from recurring orders placed in a calendar month. Reserve Inactive Brand Partner Status: If a Brand Partner has no sales volume activity for a term of six consecutive months the account will be removed from the Commission program tree and held with inactive status for the remainder of its one year term. Reactivation can be established with 100BV in product orders and payment of a $49 reinstatement administration fee. If there is no activity or reactivation at the end of the one year term, the Brand Partner account will be canceled. Retail Customers: These are customers who purchase Renew product at retail price, whether directly from Renew Brand Partners or through online purchases. Brand Partners may purchase product at wholesale price and sell it for retail profit. Retail Commissions: Profit based on the difference between wholesale pricing and retail and/or preferred customer pricing, and is paid weekly. You can earn up to 50% depending on the products that are purchased and resold. In addition to this payout, all of your personally enrolled customer volume pays 3% directly to you for all Volume that exceeds 200BV, and is paid monthly. Retail Volume is added to Business Volume and therefore may be used toward your personal qualifications as well. Sales Volume (SV): A value expression based on the wholesale price of Renew products. Each product has a SV number that the company uses to determine what is paid out to you in the Rewards Plan. Sponsorship Organization Volume (SOV): The total Sales Volume in your personally sponsored organization from Retail Sales and personal purchases from Brand Partners within your personal organization. SOV is used to calculate the Personal Team Commissions and Leadership Bonuses. This volume amount does not include Product Pack sales.
