Loan qualification Apply for a construction loan through our affiliate, Associated Bank, or a bank of your choosing. Our affiliate allows for lower down payments making new construction a reality for a wider pool of buyers. Lot Purchase Work with Becky or your own agent to purchase the lot and finance into a construction to perm loan. During the closing period, sit down with Jeremy and Becky to choose a plan, fits and finishes, make any changes to a plan, and complete a final purchase sworn construction statement. Home Build This is where Regal Custom Homes is truly different. We build our homes with our customer s best interests at heart. We don t upcharge you for labor, materials, or change orders. Our goal is to provide your dream home at a fair price. Our building fee is disclosed up front and does not change as you make changes. This keeps your desires from becoming cost prohibitive and allows us to provide you with the best quality home for your money. Continued care is another focus of Regal Custom Homes. We do a move-in, 30 day, and one year walk through to ensure that your home is continually meeting our quality standard.
