Training Description: The adage you can only manage what you can measure is the fundamental principal underlined in this course. Numerous case studies and statistics have shown that achievement of strategic and operational goals have a much greater level of success when these goals are measured with the right KPIs. These KPIs will ensure that progress is measured towards the goal and will check to see if the goal is effectively achieved. In this course, you will discover the world of KPIs, their types, uses and how they relate to each aspect of the business. You will master the 7-step approach to developing the right KPIs in all areas of the organization. We will also cover the in-depth framework to successfully executing a KPI development project. The course will explore cases studies in KPI development and use and help you practice the logic model that drives proper KPI selection and implementation.
