Manyata Promoters Ltd, Developer, Manyata Embassy Business Park SEZ vide their letter dated 28.04.2015 and e-mail dated 12.05.2015 has requested for permission to grant 300 Sq.ft space in the area between Bl;ock C2 & C4 of Manyata Embassy Business Park SEZ to M/s. Mountain Trail Foods Private Limited to set up food kiosk in the zone. The proposal is placed for consideration of the Approval Committee.
C.4 Application of M/s. Manyata Promoters Ltd, Developer, MEBP SEZ for ratification of the permission granted for procurement of diesel and approval of utilization of the item. M/s. Manyata Promoters Ltd, Developer, Manyata Embassy Business Park SEZ vide their letter dated 11.05.2015 has submitted details for procurement and utilization of Diesel for the period from January 2014 to March 2015, duly certified by the Chartered Engineer. M/s. Manyata Promoters Ltd were granted permission vide letter F.No.10:06:MEBP:1A dated 27.10.2014As shown below) to procure 125.00 lakh Litres of diesel per annum for their authorized operation subject to condition that they should furnish details of rating of diesel generator set, location, run hour, load etc, duly certified by the Chartered Engineer. The developer has now submitted the details certified by the Chartered Engineer. The Certificate of Chartered Engineer along with details of procurement and utilization of diesel and details of rating of diesel generator set, location, run hour, load etc as per Annexure (shown on pages 12 top 17) is placed for consideration and ratification of the Approval Committee. 11

Manyata Promoters Ltd, Developer, Manyata Embassy Business Park SEZ vide their letter dated 12.05.2015 has submitted application for approval of list of services as detailed below:- 18 The developer has submitted details of name and address of service provider nature and use of input services. Application of M/s L&T Technology Services Ltd, Unit I for approval for expansion of built up space M/s. L&T Technology Services Limited, Unit I vide their letter dated 12.05.2015 has requested for approval for expansion of the existing project parameters with additional area of 55,224 Sq.ft in 6 th Floor, Hazel Block, L3 in Manyata Embassy Business Park SEZ, Bangalore. At present the unit is occupying an area of 66243 Sq.ft at C4, ELM, 1 st Floor in Manyata Embassy Business Park SEZ and they propose to expand their project parameters with additional area of 55,224 Sq.ft at 6 th Floor, Hazel Block L3 in the same SEZ. The unit has also informed that at present the 6 th Floor is not ready to occupy as they have to carry out work relating to furnishing the interior, set up work stations, networking and air conditioning etc within 6 months and that they will transfer all Assets & Liabilities from 1 st Floor, C4, ELM building to 6 th Floor, Hazel Block L3 when the additional area is ready to occupy. The unit sought approval to get SEZ benefit for procurement of materials required for interior work, net working etc. below.
