INTRODUCTION e-ambiz is your Online Banking facility that keeps you up to date on your company s account status. It also gives you the control you need to manage your day-to-day transactions around the clock. No matter where you are, or what time of day or night, e-ambiz allows you to: Check balances and account activity Make payments via GIRO, RENTAS, SWIFT or IFT Make transfers to AmBank accounts Create payment template for ready transaction To ensure the highest protection is available to you, every user will be provided with a token device. The user can then login to e-ambiz with their Login ID and the dynamic Response generated by the token device. This makes passwords random and difficult to decipher. Page 1 from 36

ABOUT THE TOKEN Security & technology overview Token Based Users are authenticated using a Two-Factor Authentication token which is activated by a Personal Identification Number (PIN), in addition to your Login ID. Each time you enter your Login ID, a Challenge will be provided. A Response to the Challenge has to be generated from a Safeword token device that is assigned to your Login ID. The Challenge will be refreshed every 50 seconds to prevent fraudulent use of expired Response. Battery life Manufacturing warranty of 3 years. Lost token / replacement Contact +603 2381 8800 or email to: e-ambizcare@ambankgroup.com TIPS! By entering 3 times of incorrect PIN, display panel of the Token will show BAD PIN. Please do not turn off the Token. Retry again when the Token turn off automatically after 1 minute. If continually entering the wrong pin, the token will turn off automatically after exponentially of minutes e.g. 1, 2, 4, 8 minutes. Page 2 from 36

CHANGE OF PIN Kindly change the PIN for your token by following below steps: Page 3 from 36 1 2 3 4 5 Turn on your Token by pressing the ON button. Once Token is turned on, the Token display panel will show ENTR PIN. Enter your 6 digit Token Personal Identification Number (PIN*). *You will find your initial PIN in the PIN Mailer envelope given to you. Token display panel will show NEW PIN. You are required to change the initial PIN assigned by AmBank for the Token to a new PIN. Enter your new 6 digit PIN into the Token. Re-enter your new 6 digit PIN* to confirm your PIN. *Please note that the Token will require you to change the PIN after every 128th use. Once Token PIN is successfully changed, the display panel of the Token will show SUCCESS followed by CHALLNG?

STEPS TO LOG IN TO e-ambiz To log in to e-ambiz, you may follow below steps: Page 4 from 36 1 Enter URL www.ambankgroup.com. e-ambiz 2 Select e-ambiz to proceed. If this page doesn't appear, please turn off Pop-up Blocker. Go to Internet Explorer Menu Bar and click Tools. Then go to Pop-up Blocker and click Turn off Pop-up Blocker. TIPS! STEPS TO LOG IN TO e-ambiz Below steps continued from the previous page: Page 5 from 36 3 Enter your login ID at the Login ID field. Your Login ID is written behind the token. 4 5 6 7 TIPS! Do not press ENTER or TAB at this point. Turn on your token by pressing the ON button. Enter PIN of the token. Text CHALLNG? shall appear upon entering the correct PIN. Click at the Response field. Challenge Number will be displayed. TIPS! Challenge Number will automatically refresh after 50 seconds. Failure to input a response after 50 seconds will be considered as invalid login. 3 times invalid response will cause the Login ID will be blocked and you will need to call our helpdesk.

Click the Ent button on the token to generate the Response Code. TIPS! How to read the Response Code: Any similar character between a number and alphabet should be read as number. Displayed code should be read as: 10 Key-in the generated Response Code from the Token into Response field on e-ambiz login screen and click on Login button to login to e-ambiz.

Ledger Balance includes Total Local Cheque Float. It does not include overdraft facilities approved by AmBank and other floats. Ledger Balance = Current Balance + Total Local Float 2 Current Balance: Your company s own funds. It does not include overdraft facilities approved by AmBank, Local Cheques ( Total Local Float ) and Outstation Cheques ( Total Other Float ) that have not been cleared. 3 Available Balance: Available funds that can be used immediately, including available overdraft facilities approved by AmBank. 4 Total Overdraft: Approved overdraft facilities provided by AmBank. This is not applicable if your company did not apply for overdraft facilities. 5 Utilised Overdraft: Overdraft facilities that have been used up to statement date. 6 Available Overdraft: Balance of un-utilised overdraft approved by AmBank. 7 LC Float 1: Local Cheques deposited to be cleared in ONE calendar day.
