Siemens Generation Services Co. Union Benefit Administrator Directory Revision 15 August 2017 This information is also available on www.siemensgs.net

Union Benefit Administrators Directory The benefit directory has been provided to help assist you in locating the Benefit Administrators for the areas where your Work local hours have been reported. Key Points to remember: This information applies to Millwright Special Foreman and Millwright Travelers. If you are working as a Special Foreman, your hours will not get reported to your home local (except for special circumstance agreement between the resource coordinator and the special foremen). If you have an established CLS rate, your hours will be reported to your home local. Call Benefit Administrators first before sending any information. Phone numbers are provided in the directory, but you must ask for the proper department. Usually you ll need to ask for the reciprocal department, and then the administrators will assist you. You must ensure reciprocity paperwork is on file with the Work Local Benefit Administrators. Keep in mind if you move your book you might need to update current reciprocity paperwork with the Benefit Administrators. Benefit reporting lags one month with SGS. For example, hours worked in August will be reported in September. Benefit Administrators have their own schedule for reciprocating hours back to home locals. The directory is listed in local union number order using 2017 information, please note several work local unions have consolidated and use either the same benefit administrators or new benefit administrators have been established. These numbers are only for the Benefit Administrators, not for the Business Agents. For additional information, please contact Karen Lottman at SGS 407-736-1406 or email Karen.Lottman@Siemens.Com Web Site path: www.siemensgs.net ==>my jobs==>choose outage==>outage documents==> Union Benefit Admin. Directory Thank you!
