Meet the team Luis Zarraoa Associate Partner Luis is a chartered building surveyor and project manager at John Rowan & Partners International and leads the UK and Spain alliance. Luis has built up great knowledge over 20 years of working in the UK, Spain, Panama and Denmark. With experience on a broad range of projects including heritage building restoration and high spec refurbishment within the commercial, private and public sectors. Luis provides advice on stock development, providing feasibility studies up to project conception and completion, due diligence and defect analysis of property assets, in order to advise clients into improving their assets. Meet the team Veronica Martin Director at VMT-Associates, Madrid Veronica leads the Spanish office and is a member of the RICS Iberia Board and of the Built Environment. She has also been involved in developing the "RICS Best Practice & Guidance Note for Technical Due Diligence of Commercial, Industrial & Residential Property in Continental Europe". Veronica s agility and flexibility enables her to remain close to our clients from the start of the project to its final delivery.
