14 House to Home Landsmith bought this 3br/2ba home at 4225 W Tuckey Lane in Phoenix from a bank for $37,000. We did $18,000 of renovations. It rents for $922 per month with $100 credited to the tenant each month towards purchase. At the end of the lease term, they are eligible to receive a matching down payment grant from a NPO. It turns out our tenant, Patrick Rodriguez, grew up in this home in the 1960s. "We are thrilled to be able to move in and eventually buy it. It's home. My mom's huge roses are gone but I'm replanting them.
