Addendum No. 1 RFP Questions and Answers RFP #16 08 Banking Services Due Date: January 13, 2016 @ 2:00 p.m. This addendum is issued as part of the RFP described above. The intent of this addendum is to provide clarification of the RFP documents and to make the necessary corrections, deletions, and/or additions to the RFP documents as of the question deadline. The changes incorporated in this addendum shall supersede, amend, add to, clarify, or subtract from the original document. The proposer shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum by signing and incorporating the addendum into the proposal. Failure to incorporate this addendum iss cause for disqualification. Question 1: Who is the current armored car service provider? Does the armored car service also deliver change orders? Answer: Armored car servicess are currently provided by the contracted banking institution. The armored car service does not deliver change orders and the District does not intend to utilize change order servicess in the near future. Question 2: Will the District provide analysis information? Statements with current fees redacted is fine, but activity levels must be disclosed in order to make a reasonable fee proposal. Answer: Yes, please see the attached analysis statements. Question 3: Would the Districtt be amenable to substituting inside wire transfers for online banking transfers? If so, approximately how many inside wire transfers are transmitted monthly? Answer: Currently, all transfers between accounts with the same bank are via online banking transfers. Please see the attached analysis statement. Wire Transfers Out are used for transferring funds to another bank. On average, the following wire transfers are made to external banks: General Account 2; Payroll 8; School Food Service 1; Self Insurance received from our State Board of Administration bank account, and on average occur 10 15 times per month. Question 4: The analysis information may prompt some questions; may we request additional information if that 4. Wire Transfers In occur in the General Account. All wire transfers aree occurs? Answer: Final questions must be submitted by 2 p.m. on January 7, 2016 in order to afford the District the opportunity to appropriately respond to the questions submitted by interested parties. Question 5: Will the District provide an analysis, commercial card and/or merchant statement? Will this statement contain volumes? Answer: The District will provide analysis statements, see attached. However, commercial card and merchant services are not included in this RFP and will not be provided. The analysis statements will contain volumes. Question 6: If the District will not be providing the statements requested in Question 5, above, please summarize the activity on the deposit, commercial card and merchant accounts? a. Deposit: How many items (ACH, Wire, Check, Incoming and Outgoing) pass through the account monthly on average? b. Commercial Card: What is your current card spend, peak spend in a 30 day period and how many cards are in use? c. Merchant: what is the dollar volume of all merchant transactions and how many terminals are in use? Answer: The District will provide analysis statements, see attached. However, commercial card and merchant services are not included in this RFP and will not be provided. Please also refer to the answer for Question 3, above.
