Hong Leong Credit Card Acquisition Campaign CAMPAIGN PERIOD The Hong Leong Bank Berhad s (97141-X) ( HLB ) Credit Card Acquisition Campaign ( Campaign ) commences on 20 December 2017 at 00:00:00 hours (12:00a.m.) and ends on 31 January 2018 at 23:59:59 hours (11:59p.m.), inclusive of both dates ( Campaign Period ), unless notified otherwise. TERMS AND CONDITIONS The following sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign ( T&Cs ):- ELIGIBILITY 1. This Campaign is open for participation by New-to-Card ( NTC ) Principal Cardholders who, during the Campaign Period, apply for any of the following participating HLB credit card(s) ( Eligible Cards ) from and the Eligible Cards are successfully issued latest by 28 February 2018 ( NTC Cardholders ). Whereas for Option 2, both the Principal and Supplementary Eligible Cards must be approved in order for the NTC Cardholders to be eligible to participate in this Campaign. This campaign does not include application(s) made via online and at HLB branches. Note: NTC Cardholders denote new cardholders who do not hold any existing HLB Principal Credit Cards (including Mach and former EON Bank Berhad) and subject to the terms and conditions as stated in Clause 2 below. 2. The following shall not be considered as NTC Cardholders and shall NOT be eligible for this Campaign: (a) Existing principal cardholders of any HLB credit card;

(b) Cardholders who no longer hold any valid HLB credit card and/or cardholders whose HLB Credit Card account(s) is/are delinquent; (c) Cardholders who have cancelled their HLB Credit Cards and have reapplied for a new HLB Credit Card (including the Eligible Cards) as a principal cardholder within twelve (12) months from the date of such cancellation; (d) Cardholders who have committed or are suspected of committing any fraudulent, unlawful or wrongful acts in relation to any of the facilities granted by HLB and/or Hong Leong Islamic Bank ( HLISB ) or have been declared bankrupt (pursuant to a petition by either banks or by any third party) or are subject to any bankruptcy proceedings at any time prior to, during or after the Campaign Period; (e) Cardholders who are non- Malaysia individual customers; and (f) Cardholders who are an employee of HLB/HLISB (whether on permanent or on contractual basis) or the immediate family members (i.e. spouse, children, parent, brother or sister) of such employee. For the avoidance of doubt, the NTC Cardholders shall provide their latest and accurate information (including but not limited to correspondence address and contact information) to HLB for the Eligible Card application and it is essentially the obligations of the NTC Cardholders to liaise with HLB in the event of non receipt of the approved Eligible Card(s) within 60 days from the date of application, failing which the NTC Cardholders are deemed to have received the Eligible Cards and HLB shall not be responsible in the event that the NTC Cardholders are unable to participate with this Campaign for any reasons whatsoever. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS 3. The NTC Cardholders will be eligible to enjoy the following offers ( collectively referred herein as Offers ) subject to the fulfillment of the prescribed criteria herein ( Eligible Cardholders ): (a) Annual Fee Waiver ( Offer 1 ) i) Eligible Cardholders who within FORTY-FIVE (45) days from the Eligible Cards approval date perform a minimum of one (1) Retail Purchases ( as defined in Clause 4 below ) for each Eligible Card (including the supplementary card) approved will be entitled to the 1 st year s annual fee waiver for each Eligible Card (including the supplementary card in Option 2). ii) The annual fees for the subsequent years are subject to existing annual fee waiver terms and conditions. For further details, please refer to the respective product page at www.hlb.com.my ( HLB Website ). (b) Approval Gift (Universal Traveller E-Voucher RM100) ( Offer 2 ) i) The Eligible Cardholders who performed an accumulated minimum Retail Purchases of RM1,000.00 (as defined under clause 4 below) by using the approved Eligible Cards issued under this Campaign within SIXTY (60) days from the approval date of the Eligible Cards shall be eligible for ONE (1) unit of Universal Traveller E-Voucher RM100 ( Gift ). Gift Minimum Retail Purchases Capped Units Universal Traveller E-Voucher RM100 RM1,000 4,800

ii) For the avoidance of doubt, the Gift will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to one (1) Gift for each Eligible Cardholder throughout the Campaign Period regardless of the number of the application submitted and the number of approved Eligible Cards during the Campaign Period, subject to the availability of the Capped Units of Gift (as provided in the table in clause 3(b)(i) above) and supplementary cardholders shall not be entitled for the Gift. In the event that the Eligible Cardholders have accumulated Retail Purchases of RM1,000.00 on both Eligible Cards (including supplementary card), the Eligible Cardholders will still only be entitled for one (1) Gift only. iii) The Eligible Cardholders will be notified by HLB by way of posting the list of successful Eligible Cardholders ( Successful Cardholders ) on HLB Website by 28 February 2018 ( Notification ). Eligible Cardholders whose names are not in list of Successful Cardholders are deemed NOT entitled to the Gift. iv) The Gift will be delivered to the Successful Cardholders via Short Message Service ( SMS ) to the mobile phone number registered with HLB between four (4) to six (6) weeks after 60 days from card approval date. Successful Cardholders who do not receive the Gift after six (6) weeks from 28 February 2018 would have to contact HLB call center at 1-800-38-8888 latest by 25 April 2018, otherwise he/she will be deemed to have received the Gift accordingly and any request for the reimbursement of the Gift by HLB after 25 April 2018 shall not be entertained. HLB shall not be responsible for any unclaimed Gift or for the delay by the Successful Cardholders in claiming the Gift after 25 April 2018. HLB shall not entertain any claim of non-receipt of the Gift by the Successful Cardholders after the expiry of the eight (8) weeks from 28 February 2018. HLB shall also not be responsible in the event of non receipt of the Gift by the Successful Cardholders due to the mobile number provided by the Successful Cardholders are inaccurate or outdated and any request for the reimbursement of the Gift shall not be entertained. v) The Gift is valid for three (3) months from the e-voucher issued date. The Gift is only valid for 1 time redemption only and payment must be made with the approved Eligible Cards. vi) Fulfilment and delivery of the Gift is provided and supported by HLB s authorized SMS service provider M3 Technologies (Asia) Berhad ( 4 8 2 7 7 2 ) ( M3Tech ). 4. Retail Purchases shall refer to any retail/ store purchase / online transactions successfully charged to the approved Eligible Cards but shall EXCLUDE any of the following transactions: (a) Cash withdrawal from any Automated Teller Machine; (b) Portfolio products such as Balance Transfer, Call-For-Cash, Call-For-Cash Plus and Flexi Payment Plan; (c) Reversals, refunds and fraudulent transactions; and/ or (d) Finance charges and fees such as credit card annual fee, late payment charges and government service tax.

5. For Retail Purchases performed in foreign currencies, it will be converted to Ringgit Malaysia at such rate of exchange as determined by HLB at its sole discretion. 6. Merchant s terms and conditions apply. Merchant reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime. Hong Leong Bank makes no representation or warranty for products offered by merchant and shall not be liable or responsible for any changes, claims, loss or damages resulting from this offer. GENERAL 1. This Campaign is not applicable in conjunction with any HLB s ongoing credit cards promotions unless otherwise stated. 2. By participating in this Campaign, the NTC Cardholders: a. Agree to have read, understand and agree to be bound by the T&C herein; b. Agree that all records of transactions within or outside of Malaysia captured by the HLB system within the Campaign Period are accurate and final; c. Agree that HLB s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding on all Eligible Cardholders. No appeal and/or further correspondence will be entertained; d. Agree that any reversal of transactions shall be excluded; e. Agree that the Gift is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other kinds; f. Agree to access HLB Website at regular time intervals to view the T&C of this Campaign and to ensure they keep up-to-date with any changes or variations to the said T&C; g. Consent to and authorize HLB to disclose their personal data to M3Tech and/or other relevant provider for purpose of the fulfillment of the Campaign; and h. Agree to publish and display their photos, names and NRIC numbers (in masked form) in media, marketing, advertising or HLB Website for the purposes of the Campaign. 3. HLB reserves the right to: a. Reject at its sole and absolute discretion any credit card application submitted; b. Determine transactions that will be considered as Retail Purchases; c. Disqualify any Eligible Cardholders at its sole and absolute discretion from participating in this Campaign; d. Forfeit the Gift in the event where there is non-compliance to the T&C herein; e. Substitute the Gift with another item of similar value at HLB s absolute discretion; and f. Add, delete or amend the T&C herein, wholly or in part, or to terminate this Campaign, at its absolute discretion, by way of posting on the HLB Website, or in any other methods which HLB deems practical, in order to give a prior notice to the Eligible Cardholders on such addition, deletion or amendment of the T&C or the termination of this Campaign. 4. Any request to deliver and/or transfer the Gift and to another third party s mobile number will not be entertained.

5. The visuals of the Gift shown in any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Campaign is solely for illustration purposes only and may not depict the actual colour, model or specifications of the Gift and does not include any additional accessories. 6. HLB shall not be liable and responsible for any failure or delay in submitting the credit card application and/ or transmission of sales transactions by Visa International Incorporated, MasterCard Worldwide, American Express, merchant establishments, postal or any party in which may result in the Eligible Cardholder being omitted from this Campaign. 7. Eligible Cardholders Credit Card account(s) must be valid/ active, in good standing and must not be in breach of any of the T&C of this Campaign and/or general terms and conditions in the Cardholder Agreement at the point the Gift is awarded. 8. The T&C herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the Eligible Cardholders agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia. 9. In addition to the T&C stipulated above, Eligible Cardholders agree that the general terms and conditions in the HLB Cardholder Agreement shall be read together with the T&Cs herein as an entire agreement. Any discrepancies between the T&Cs herein as compared to the general terms and conditions contained in the Cardholder Agreement, the specific T&Cs herein shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy. 10. In the event of any discrepancy between the T&Cs herein as compared to the advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, the final T&Cs on HLB Website shall prevail.

TERMA DAN SYARAT Berikut adalah Terma dan Syarat yang ditetapkan untuk Kempen ini ( T&Cs ):- KELAYAKAN 1) Penyertaan Kempen ini terbuka kepada Pemegang Kad Utama yang Baru ("NTC"), yang memohon mana-mana kad kredit HLB yang menyertai berikut ("Kad Layak") sempena Tempoh Kempen dan Kad yang Layak tersebut berjaya dikeluarkan pada 28 Februari 2018 ("Pemegang Kad NTC"). Pilihan Pilihan 1 Pilihan 2 Jenis Permohonan 2 Kad Kad-kad yang Layak Infinite Kredit Kad Dwi (2 Kad Utama) Pemohon Utama memilih manamana 2 Kad yang Layak berikut Infinite Doctor s Edition Sutera Platinum Platinum Business Generic Gold Essential 1 Kad Utama + 1 Kad Kredit Tambahan (atas permohonan) Pemohon Utama memilih 1 Kad yang Layak berikut Fortune I m Gold GSC Platinum/Gold The Store Platinum/Gold Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, bagi "Pilihan 1", kedua-dua Kad yang Layak mesti diluluskan agar Pemegang Kad NTC layak dapat menyertai Kempen ini. Manakala bagi "Pilihan 2", kedua-dua Kad Utama dan Tambahan yang Layak mesti diluluskan agar Pemegang Kad NTC layak dapat menyertai Kempen ini. Kempen ini tidak termasuk permohonan yang dibuat melalui talian dan di cawangan HLB. Nota: Pemegang Kad NTC bermakna pemegang kad baru yang tidak memegang sebarang Kad Kredit Utama HLB (termasuk Mach dan bekas EON Bank Berhad) dan tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan dalam Klausa 2 di bawah. 2. Yang berikut tidak akan dianggap sebagai Pemegang Kad NTC dan TIDAK berlayak untuk menyertai kempen ini: (g) Pemegang Kad Utama yang sedia ada bagi mana-mana Kad Kredit HLB;

(h) Pemegang Kad yang tidak memegang mana-mana Kad Kredit HLB yang sah dan/atau pemegang kad yang mempunyai akaun Kad Kredit HLB yang tertunggak; (i) Pemegang Kad yang telah membatalkan Kad Kredit HLB mereka dan telah memohon semula untuk Kad Kredit HLB baru (termasuk Kad yang Layak) sebagai pemegang kad utama dalam tempoh dua belas (12) bulan dari tarikh pembatalan tersebut; (j) Pemegang Kad yang telah melakukan atau disyaki melakukan apa-apa tindakan penipuan, menyalahi undang-undang atau salah berkaitan dengan mana-mana kemudahan yang diberikan oleh HLB dan/atau Hong Leong Islamic Bank ("HLISB") atau telah diisytiharkan muflis (menurut petisyen oleh mana-mana bank atau oleh mana-mana pihak ketiga) atau tertakluk kepada sebarang prosiding kebankrapan pada bila-bila masa sebelum, semasa atau selepas Tempoh Kempen; (k) Pemegang Kad yang bukan pelanggan individu Malaysia; dan (l) Pemegang Kad yang merupakan pekerja HLB/HLISB (sama ada secara tetap atau secara kontrak) atau ahli keluarga terdekat (iaitu pasangan, kanak-kanak, ibu bapa, abang adik, atau saudara) pekerja tersebut. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, Pemegang Kad NTC yang Layak hendaklah menyediakan maklumat terkini dan tepat (termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada alamat surat menyurat dan maklumat menghubungi) kepada HLB untuk permohonan Kad Layak dan pada dasarnya adalah kewajipan kepada Pemegang Kad NTC yang Layak untuk berhubung dengan pihak HLB sekiranya tidak menerima Kad Layak yang diluluskan dalam tempoh 60 hari dari tarikh permohonan. Jika tidak, Pemegang Kad NTC yang Layak akan dianggap telah menerima Kad yang Layak dan HLB tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya Pemegang Kad NTC yang Layak tidak dapat menyertai kempen ini untuk apa jua sebabnya. KAEDAH KEMPEN 3. Pemegang Kad NTC berlayak untuk menikmati tawaran berikut ("secara kolektif dirujuk sebagai Tawaran"), tertakluk kepada pemenuhan kriteria yang ditetapkan berikut ("Pemegang Kad Layak"): (c) Pengecualian Yuran Tahunan ( Tawaran 1 ) iii) Pemegang Kad yang Layak hendaklah melakukan sekurang-kurangnya satu (1) Pembelian Runcit ("seperti yang ditakrifkan dalam Klausa 4 di bawah") untuk setiap Kad yang Layak (termasuk Kad Tambahan) dalam masa EMPAT PULUH-LIMA (45) hari dari tarikh kelulusan Kad Layak dan ia berhak untuk mendapatkan pengecualian yuran tahunan untuk tahun pertama bagi setiap Kad Layak (termasuk Kad Tambahan dalam Pilihan 2). iv) Pengecualian yuran tahunan untuk tahun-tahun seberikutnya adalah tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat pengecualian yuran tahunan yang sedia ada. Untuk maklumat lanjut, sila rujuk halaman produk masing-masing di www.hlb.com.my ("Laman Web HLB"). (d) Hadiah Kelulusan (E-Baucar Universal Traveller bernilai RM100) ( Tawaran 2 ) vii) Pemegang Kad yang Layak yang melakukan pembelian Runcit minimum terkumpul sebanyak RM1,000.00 (seperti yang ditakrifkan di bawah klausa 4 di bawah) dengan menggunakan Kad yang Layak yang diluluskan dan dikeluarkan di bawah Kempen ini

dalam masa ENAM PULUH (60) hari dari tarikh kelulusan Kad Layak akan dapat SATU (1) unit E-Baucar Universal Traveler yang bernilai RM100 ("Hadiah"). Hadiah Pembelian Runcit Minimum Unit Terhad E-Baucar Universal Traveller bernilai RM100 RM1,000 4,800 viii) Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, Hadiah akan diperuntukkan pada asas siapa cepat, dia cepat, terhad kepada SATU (1) Hadiah untuk setiap Pemegang Kad Layak sepanjang Tempoh Kempen tanpa mengira bilangan permohonan yang dikemukakan dan bilangan Kad yang Layak yang diluluskan semasa Tempoh Kempen, tertakluk kepada ketersediaan Unit Terhad Hadiah (seperti yang diperuntukkan dalam jadual di dalam klausa 3 (b) (i) di atas) dan Pemegang Kad Tambahan tidak berhak untuk mendapat Hadiah. Sekiranya Pemegang Kad yang Layak telah mengumpul Pembelian Runcit sebanyak RM1,000.00 pada Kad Layak (termasuk kad tambahan), Pemegang Kad Layak hanya berhak untuk mendapat SATU (1) Hadiah sahaja.. iii) Pemegang Kad yang Layak akan diberitahu oleh HLB dengan cara memaparkannya di Laman Web HLB pada 28 Februari 2018 ("Pemberitahuan"). Nama Pemegang Kad Layak yang tidak disenaraikan dalam Pemberitahuan dianggap TIDAK Berjaya untuk mendapatkan Hadiah tersebut. iv) Hadiah akan dihantar kepada Pemegang Kad yang Berjaya melalui Perkhidmatan Pesanan Ringkas ("SMS") ke nombor telefon bimbit yang berdaftar dengan HLB antara empat (4) hingga enam (6) minggu selepas 60 hari dari tarikh kelulusan kad. Pemegang Kad yang berjaya yang tidak menerima Hadiah selepas enam (6) minggu dari 28 Februari 2018 harus menghubungi pusat panggilan HLB di 1-800-38-8888 selewat-lewatnya pada 25 April 2018, jika tidak, dia akan dianggap telah menerima Hadiah dan sebarang permintaan untuk pembayaran balik Hadiah dari HLB tidak akan dilayan selepas 25 April 2018. HLB tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas Hadiah yang tidak dituntut atau atas sebab kelewatan yang disebabkan oleh Pemegang Kad yang berjaya untuk menuntut Hadiah selepas 25 April 2018. HLB tidak akan melayan sebarang tuntutan gagal menerima Hadiah oleh Pemegang Kad yang Berjaya selepas tamat tempoh lapan ( 8) minggu dari 28 Februari 2018. HLB juga tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya tidak menerima Hadiah atas sebab nombor telefon bimbit Pemegang Kad yang disediakan oleh Pemegang Kad yang Berjaya adalah tidak tepat atau lapuk dan sebarang permintaan untuk pembayaran balik Hadiah tidak akan dilayan. v) Hadiah ini sah selama tiga (3) bulan dari tarikh e-baucar yang dikeluarkan. Hadiah ini hanya sah untuk 1 kali penebusan sahaja dan pembayaran mesti dibuat dengan Kad Layak yang diluluskan. vi) Penyempurnaan dan penghantaran Hadiah disediakan dan disokong oleh penyedia perkhidmatan SMS yang diberi kuasa oleh HLB iaitu M3 Technologies (Asia) Berhad (482772) ("M3Tech").

4. "Pembelian Runcit" merujuk kepada mana-mana transaksi runcit / kedai / transaksi dalam talian yang berjaya dikenakan ke Kad Layak yang diluluskan tetapi TIDAK TERMASUK sebarang transaksi berikut: (e) Pengeluaran tunai dari mana-mana Mesin ATM; (f) Produk Portfolio seperti Pemindahan Baki, Call-For-Cash, Call-For-Cash Plus and Pelan Pembayaran Flexi; (g) Pembalikan, bayaran balik dan transaksi penipuan; dan/atau (h) Caj dan fi kewangan seperti yuran tahunan kad kredit, caj lewat dan cukai perkhidmatan kerajaan. 5. Bagi Pembelian Runcit yang dilakukan dalam mata wang asing, ia akan ditukar kepada Ringgit Malaysia pada kadar pertukaran seperti yang ditentukan oleh HLB atas budi bicara mutlaknya. 6. Terma dan syarat pedagang dikenakan. Pedagang berhak untuk mengubah terma dan syarat pada bila-bila masa. Hong Leong Bank tidak mewakili atau membuat jaminan untuk produk yang ditawarkan oleh pedagang dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang perubahan, tuntutan, kerugian atau kerosakan yang disebabkan oleh Tawaran ini. UMUM 1. Kempen ini tidak terpakai bersamaan dengan mana-mana promosi kad kredit HLB yang sedang dijalankan kecuali dimaklumkan sebaliknya. 2. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Pemegang Kad NTC: a. Bersetuju telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju untuk terikat oleh Terma & Syarat di sini; b. Bersetuju bahawa semua rekod transaksi di dalam atau di luar Malaysia yang direkod oleh sistem HLB dalam Tempoh Kempen adalah tepat dan muktamad; c. Setuju bahawa keputusan HLB mengenai semua perkara yang berkaitan dengan Kempen ini adalah muktamad, muktamad dan mengikat semua Pemegang Kad Layak. Tiada rayuan dan/atau surat-menyurat selanjutnya akan dilayan; d. Setuju bahawa sebarang pembalikan urusniaga akan dikecualikan; e. Setuju bahawa Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik dan tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau jenis lain; f. bersetuju untuk melayari ke www.hlb.com.my (Laman Web HLB) semasa ke semasa untuk menyemak Terma & Syarat dan untuk memastikan maklumat terkini mengenai sebarang perubahan atau pindaan kepada Terma & Syarat; g. Menyetujui dan memberi kuasa kepada HLB untuk mendedahkan data peribadi mereka kepada M3Tech dan / atau penyedia lain yang berkaitan untuk tujuan pemenuhan Kempen; dan h. bersetuju dengan penerbitan atau paparan nama, nombor IC (dalam bentuk bertutup) dan / atau foto mereka dalam media, pemasaran, pengiklanan atau Laman Web HLB untuk tujuan Kempen. 3. HLB berhak untuk: a. menolak budi bicara tunggal dan mutlaknya atas permohonan kad kredit yang dihantar; b. Tentukan transaksi yang dianggap sebagai Pembelian Runcit;

c. Membatalkan kelayakan Pemegang Kad Yang Layak atas budi bicara tunggal dan mutlaknya untuk menyertai Kempen ini; d. Melucutkan Hadiah sekiranya terdapat ketidakpatuhan kepada terma dan syarat di sini; e. mengantikan Hadiah dengan barang lain yang sama nilai pada budi bicara mutlak HLB; dan f. Menambah, memadam atau meminda Terma & Syarat di sini, secara keseluruhannya atau sebahagiannya, atau untuk menamatkan Kempen ini, mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya, melalui penyiaran di Laman Web HLB, atau dalam mana-mana kaedah lain yang dianggap praktikal oleh HLB untuk memberi notis terlebih dahulu kepada Pemegang Kad yang Layak untuk penambahan, pemecatan atau pindaan Terma & Syarat atau penamatan Kempen ini. 4. Apa-apa permintaan untuk menghantar dan/atau memindahkan Hadiah kepada nombor telefon bimbit pihak ketiga lain tidak akan dilayan. 5. Visual Hadiah yang ditunjukkan dalam sebarang pengiklanan, promosi, publisiti dan bahan lain yang berkaitan dengan atau berkaitan dengan Kempen adalah semata-mata untuk tujuan ilustrasi sahaja dan tidak boleh menggambarkan warna, model atau spesifikasi Hadiah yang sebenarnya dan tidak termasuk sebarang aksesori tambahan. 6. HLB tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap apa-apa kegagalan atau kelewatan mengemukakan permohonan Kad yang Layak dan/atau penghantaran transaksi jualan berkaitan dengan Hadiah oleh Visa International Incorporated, MasterCard Worldwide, American Express, pertubuhan saudagar, pos atau mana-mana pihak yang mungkin menyebabkan Pemegang Kad yang Layak disingkirkan dari Kempen ini atau tidak berhak untuk mendapatkan Hadiah. 7. Akaun Kad Kredit Pemegang Kad yang Layak mesti sah / aktif, dalam keadaan baik dan tidak boleh melanggar mana-mana Terma & Syarat Kempen ini dan / atau terma dan syarat umum dalam Perjanjian Pemegang Kad ketika Hadiah diberikan. 8. Terma & Syarat ini akan ditadbir dan ditafsirkan selaras dengan undang-undang Malaysia dan Pemegang Kad yang Layak bersetuju untuk mengemukakan kepada bidang kuasa Mahkamah Malaysia. 9. Sebagai tambahan kepada Terma & Syarat yang dinyatakan di atas, Pemegang Kad yang Layak bersetuju bahawa Terma & Syarat umum dalam Perjanjian Pemegang Kad HLB akan dibaca bersama dengan Terma & Syarat di sini sebagai keseluruhan perjanjian. Sebarang percanggahan antara Terma & Syarat di sini berbanding dengan Terma & Syarat umum yang terkandung dalam Perjanjian Pemegang Kad HLB, Terma & Syarat khusus di sini akan berlaku setakat percanggahan tersebut. 10. Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan antara Terma & Syarat di sini berbanding dengan pengiklanan, promosi, publisiti dan bahan lain yang berkaitan dengan atau berkaitan dengan Kempen ini, Terma & Syarat terakhir di Laman Web HLB akan diguna pakai.
