FORMS OF FINANCING Recapitalisation by a financial or sectoral investor or by an insurance company and/or Sale of a separated part of the company with diagnostic imaging centres In the case of establishing cooperation with an insurance company, willingness to create synergies as regards the joint strategy and cross-sale of products Implementation of the scenario of raising funds will take place after selection of a consulting company by the end of 2013
