HOW TO LOG IN AND PAY YOUR BILLS IN THE ONLINE BANK 1. Logging in for the first time 2. View a list of your accounts 3. View recent transactions in your account (bank statement) 4. Transfer money between your own accounts 5. Paying a bill

1. Logging in for the first time Write www.spv.no in the address field in your browser. Click Logg inn Privat (Log in Private). Select Alternativ innlogging (Alternative login). 1 2 Enter your Norwegian national ID number or D number 1 and online banking password 2 A text message containing the password has been sent to you. If you have not received the password, please call customer service on 05555 to get a new one.

Here, you have to enter a code generated by your token. Press the grey button on the left of the display and a six-digit figure will appear in the display. Remember to hold the token the right way up. The grey button should be on the left of the display. Change contact information. Order BankID, consent, passwords, BankID, configuration of mobile banking and SMS banking/alerts, payment and account settings. Messages from the bank, bank statements, electronic signature of loan documents. For your own safety, always click «Logg ut» to ensure your are logged off your nettbank when finished. This is the online bank s start page. Payment of bills, international payments, recurring payments, transfers between ownaccounts, recurring transfers, «AvtaleGiro» and «efaktura» (direct debits), scheduled and finished payments. Accounts overview, recent transactions, transaction archiveand search, annual statements, close and open accounts, right of disposal. Overview of your debit and credit cards. Region lock. Your online bank start page 1 2 3 4 5 Below «Min oversikt» (My overview), you will find an overview of the balance and disposable amount in each of your accounts. 1 The first column shows your account(s). You can have several accounts for different use, for example one account for everyday use, on account for bills and one account for savings. If you need more accounts, you can easily open another account in the nettbank. 2 The second column shows you the disposable amount in each account. 3 The third column, «Alle varslede trekk» (All scheduled payments), shows scheduled payments from your account. They can be payment transactions you have entered, or automatic payments such as loan instalments or direct debits. 4 «The «Endre visning» (Change view) option allows you to choose what accounts to view on the opening page as well as certain other settings. 5 «Velg» (Select) is a drop-down menu that can be used to access the most frequently used online banking services related to that account. You can view recent transactions by clicking on the «Velg» drop-down menu in your accounts list, from either «Min oversikt» or «Konto».

3. Recent transactions You can view recent transactions ( Siste bevegelser ) by clicking on the account number and account name on the online bank s opening page, or by selecting Mine kontoer and then Siste bevegelser in the menu on the left. Click the magnifying glass to view more details about the transaction. The type of information that is available will depend on the type of transaction. 4. Transfer money between your own accounts To transfer amounts between your own accounts, select the option Overføre (Transfer) from the menu on the left. 3 1 2 1 Here, you can enter a text that will appear on your bank statement and in Recent transactions in the online bank. 4 5 6 2 Here, you must enter the due date. Enter today s date, if you want to transfer the amount at once. Enter a future date, if you want to transfer the amount on some future date. 3 Select the account you wish to transfer the amount from. 4 Enter the amount in whole kroner. 5 Select the account you wish to transfer the amount to. 6 Click Utfør (Execute) to carry out the transfer. You will receive confirmation once the amount has been transferred.

5. Pay 2 1 6 To make a payment, select Betale (Pay) from the menu on the left. 1 Here, you must enter the due date. Enter today s date if you want the payment to be made at once. Enter a future date, if you want the payment to be made at some future date. 3 4 5 2 Select the account you wish to pay from. 7 3 Enter the customer ID (KID) number or write a message to the recipient. 4 Enter the amount in whole kroner. 5 Enter the recipient s Norwegian account number. 6 Tick this box if you want to receive a receipt sticker. 6. Confirm payment 7 Click Utfør (Execute). 1 Here you can enter the name of the recipient. The recipient s name will then be stored in your register of recipients in the online bank. 1 If a customer ID (KID) number is used, the name of the recipient will be retrieved and stored automatically in your register of recipients. 2 3 2 Here, you must enter a code from your token in the same way as when you log in to the online bank. 3 Click Utfør (Execute). Select Endre betaling (Change payment) to change any of the payment details.

7. Payment confirmed Here, you get confirmation of payment. If the payment is made to another account in Sparebanken Vest, the amount will normally be credited to the recipient s account immediately. Payments between banks are made four times every business day in the early morning, late morning, early afternoon and finally at 14.00. If you have registered a payment to be made on a later date, the page heading will read Betaling lagt til forfall (Scheduled for payment).
