GENERAL BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR ARGENTINA GENERAL BUSINESS VISA For business stays up to 90 days; and for Artistic, Technical, Professional, and Conference visits up to 15 days. - passport, valid for 6 months at least, - one (1) fully completed and signed visa application form, - two (2) recent passport-style photographs, - return or onward air ticket or flight itinerary from travel agent, - a Corporate/organization letter addressed to the Embassy of Argentina requesting the visa. This letter must be signed by a responsible party, other than the applicant and written or translated into Spanish. This letter needs: 1) confirmation that the company/organization assumes financial responsibility for the applicant. 2) name, nationality and passport number of the applicant. 3) position/title of the applicant within the company. 4) brief description of activity to be undertaken in Argentina. Processing takes a minimum of five (5) working days REQUIREMENTS: 1. Valid passport with an expiration date not less than 6 months after return from Argentina. 2. Travel itinerary (round trip). 3. Proof of legal status in Canada (if not Canadian). 4. Visa application completed in full and signed in original by applicant. 5. 1 (one) prepaid envelope or courier slip for returning the application upon our intervention. We recommend you write down the number of the tracking number of the envelope you are enclosing to us. 6. One picture size 40x40mm. 7. Proof of sufficient funds, copy of a credit card and bank statement. 8. Letter of invitation from the host organization or business in Argentina inviting the applicant and confirming the purpose of your trip, duration of the visit, full name, addresses and telephone numbers of all businesses and persons you will contact in Argentina. The letter must be written in Spanish, on organization/company letter-head paper and duly signed by the person in charge and certified by an Argentine Notary Public. Important: The signature of the authority of the company or inviting organization in Argentina must be registered at the "Registro Nacional Unico de Requirentes de Extranjeros", of the "Direccion Nacional de Migraciones" (Immigration Authority), according to "Disposicion DNM 54.618/2008". The company or agency inviting foreign citizens to Argentina, in the invitation should indicate the registration number of the company or agency in the RENURE or the card number of the legal representative, in order to see if enabled or not by RENURE. Companies or organizations in Argentina that are not registered at the RENURE must contact the RENURE. phone: 4317-0200/0303/0263. If the company or organization is not registered at the "RENURE" this Consulate General can not issue the visa. If the applicant is going to a Trade Fair or exhibition, he must accredit the inscription on the fair or exhibition to which is going to attend. 9. Original Corporate/organization letter from Canada, in English and Spanish, addressed to the Consul General of Argentina. Business Letter Format suggested. This document must be certified by a Notary Public registered at this Consulate General. If you own the business, please add a copy of your business official registration.

Processing takes a minimum of ten (10) working days. REQUIREMENTS: 1) Valid passport with an expiration date not less than 6 months after return from Argentina. 2) Letter (in Spanish) from the Company/Organization in Argentina. This letter must be signed by the person registered at the "RENURE certified by a Notary and authenticated by the Chamber of Notaries in Argentina. This letter must contain: a) The name, nationality and passport number of the applicant, b) A brief description of the activity to be done in Argentina, c) Length of stay in Argentina d) Registered name and valid registration number at the "Renure" of the inviting company. Important: The company or inviting organization in Argentina must be registered at the "Registro Nacional Unico de Requirentes de Extranjeros" of the "Dirección Nacional de Migraciones" (Immigration Authority); companies or organizations in Argentina that are not registered must contact: a) "Registro Nacional Unico de Requirentes de Extranjeros" phone 4317-0200/0303/0263 or b) "Dirección General de Asuntos Consulares" of the "Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and worship" phone: 4819-7000 (Ext 8280 or 3118) e-mail: digac@mrecic.gov.ar If the company or organization is not registered at the "RENURE" the Consulate General can not issue the visa. 3) Letter from the Canadian Company/organization addressed to the Consul General requesting the transitory visa.
