HCM - How to enroll in 2017 Benefits Open Enrollment is from October 31 st, 2016 November 11 th, 2016 Your 2016 benefits will NOT roll over to the 2017 plan year! You must enroll or waive each benefit option online through HCM by November 11 th, 2016. Procedure: 1. Navigate & login to HCM (which can be found on the CRMC Intranet page under Staff Resources ) a. Web Link: https://hcmw.hcm.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmcore/faces/fusewelcome b. For any issues logging into HCM please contact the HelpDesk at 633-7171 2. Click on the About Me icon & then select Benefits 3. Benefit Elections: click to begin 2017 Open Enrollment a. Even if you plan to waive all 2017 benefits you still have to click Change Benefit Elections, go through all options and submit your benefit elections 4. People I Plan to Cover: IMPORTANT INFORMATION a. DO NOT create a duplicate contact. If you see the contact already created below then just click on their name to make any edits (IF you duplicate a contact then you ll need to contact Benefits at benefits@crmcwy.org) b. If you do not see all your dependents then click Create Contact (you have to create each Contact separately) c. YOU CANNOT REMOVE CONTACTS FROM THE People I Plan to Cover PAGE! If there are contacts listed who are not one of your current dependents then just continue in enrollment. You will not be able to enroll anybody but a spouse/domestic partner & children in benefits. (So if your parents or siblings are listed they won t be a part of your medical/dental/fsa coverage)
d. The following dependent information is required: Effective Start Date (current date), Last Name, First Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Relationship, & National ID (SSN) e. Click Save 5. You ll be taken back to the People I Plan to Cover Page. Once your dependents are set then you can click Continue a. If the Continue button is grayed out then please contact Benefits at benefits@crmcwy.org 6. You ll receive a Warning message about your dependents. As long as you see all the names of your dependents then click Continue Enrollment
7. Authorization: You have to read through & click Accept in order to begin 2017 Open Enrollment 8. Medical: Select a Medical benefit election under Plan and Options (By default, Medical, Dental, & Vision options are set on Waive Medical Coverage. When selecting a plan option allow a few seconds for the page to refresh and it ll automatically uncheck Waive Medical Coverage ) a. Your benefit options may differ from the screenshot below based on if you are single, have a spouse, a spouse with children, domestic partner, etc. b. Once you have selected the Medical benefit of your preference then click the Next button c. Repeat the same steps to select Dental & Vision benefits d. At any point, you can click on the on the Back button to review/change election. After selecting options the Total Cost to You will update with your expected pretax/after-tax cost based on the plans you have selected
9. Flexible Spending Accounts: Flexible Spending Account Limits If you elect to contribute pretax dollars to Healthcare FSA or Dependent Care FSA, please remember you cannot elect more than: a. Healthcare FSA - $2,600 per year b. Dependent Care FSA - $5,000 per year 10. Company Paid: these benefits are paid for you by the organization at no cost to you. This page is for your reference only NO ELECTION IS NEEDED.
11. Designations: a. Dependents: You will elect which dependents that you want to cover for Medical/Dental/Vision insurance (You will ONLY be able to cover spouses/domestic partners & children, not parents, cousins or siblings) b. Beneficiaries: Please designate whom you would like to receive your organization provided Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance c. Once you ve made your selection click Next 12. Review: Please review your selections you can click on the back button to change any election. Once you are satisfied then click the Submit button Note: You can make as many changes as necessary after submitting BUT after Open Enrollment closes on November 11 th.
