Sign up Bidder must required to create a login ID and password on the e-auction portal by providing the basic information. Bidder has to create a login account for participating into e-auction. The process of Sign up is as under. After filling up all the below details carefully, bidder has to click on Submit button in order to complete the Sign up process.
Note: a. For Drag to order, set the order 123456 by dragging it. b. No digital signatures are required for e-auction. c. For first time login after Signup process is completed the system will validate your user id & password by sending OTP to your registered mobile number as below.
Search Auction Bidder can view the live auction events and download the related documents without login into the portal.
Login Procedure Interested bidder has to enter their online registered User ID and Password on the portal for online participation in e-auction event. If the bidder forgets his/her password, the same can be retrieved by clicking on the forget your password link at the website, and thereby furnishing their registered email id. to recover password at the e-auction website. Enter User Id. & Password and click on Login button.
Dashboard After successful login, bidder will be redirected to the dashboard. Dashboard is divided into 2 sections. a. Current Events: Current events will display the live auctions. Bidder can be able to participate in any of the live auction as per the scheduled date and time. b. Opened / Awarded: Once the auction will be concluded, it will be shown by selecting Auction option from drop down under Opened /Awarded. Bidder can check for the reports in this section after the auction will be concluded.
Bidding Procedure Bidder has to click on Hammer Link under Bid Here in order to bid in the e-auction he/she wishes to participate. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions Bidder has to read carefully & accept the auction terms and conditions before bidding online on the e-auction portal.
Upload documents & Online payment of Eligibility Fee The bidder may upload the required documents on Upload Documents link. For Eligibility fee payment the bidder can have the option to make online payment of the amount through Internet Banking/Debit Card/RTGS/NEFT. To make payment through RTGS/NEFT a pre-filled Challan shall be generated at the e-auction portal and remit the funds at least T+1 working day in advance to the closing date of e-bidding. The bidder has to carefully select the payment mode & enter his/her EMD refund account details. In case the bidder select the payment mode RTGS/NEFT then he/she has to make the payment against the online generated challan. After making payment the bidder has to verify it on the portal.
So therefore all interested bidders are required to submit the Eligibility Fee well in advance keeping in view the closing date & time of the e-auction event and there after verify the Eligibility Fee payment on the portal. Please ensure the payment status as successfully paid as mentioned below.
Auction Bidding Once the e-challan generated by respective bidder is verified online on the portal, then only he/she can enter into the Online auction room by clicking on the button Go for Auction Room. In bidding room, the bidder can check the Auction document/attachments in the real time. Page can also have a view to see the time remaining in the auction bidding as shown below.
The bidder must carefully select the no. of Increment from the drop down list as shown below. The bidder must check the amount very carefully. Click on Place bid button to submit Online bid.
Closing Closing takes place automatically or at the instance of the initiator as per business rules governing the auction.
Report Bidder can generate Commercial Comparison Report under Opened /Awarded section and click on report link.
