1. Enrolling a driver in the my Driving Discount program To enroll a driver in the my Driving Discount program: Start a New Business of Policy Change transaction. On the policy tab enter a valid Email Address and set the my Driving Discount Consent to Yes. On the Coverage tab select the radio button next to the my Driving Discount field. Complete the my Driving Discount screen for the driver, using the dropdowns: Select Enrolled in the Status field. Select the Program Mobile or Device. Choose the primary use vehicle in the Vehicle Assigned field. (03-2017) 3

Press Continue and complete the transaction. The enrollment discount will automatically be applied. (03-2017) 4

2. Change of email address If a Customer changes their email address, a policy change should be completed updating this on the policy tab 3. Vehicle Substitution with Principal Operator remaining on the vehicle No change in procedures. Complete the risk substitution. The new vehicle will automatically be enrolled in the my Driving Discount Program. (03-2017) 5

Note: If the Customer is enrolled with the Device this will need to be removed and installed in the new vehicle. 4. Vehicle substitution new vehicle is not eligible for the program If the Customer is enrolled in the Device program a message will appear to advise that the new vehicle is not eligible. Check if there is another vehicle that the device can be transferred to for that principal operator. If not, the status must be amended to Cancelled by Client. The discount will be removed effective the same date as the substitution. The Customer will also have the option of signing up for the mobile application program instead. The program option can be amended to Mobile. Once the vehicle is substituted and you press continue on the Coverage Tab The following pop up will display: (03-2017) 6

Clicking OK will automatically direct the user to the my Driving Discount page. If the Customer has chosen to change to the Mobile Application this can be amended in the program field. If the Customer does not choose this option and there is no other eligible vehicle on the policy the status can be amended to Cancelled by Client. 5. Vehicle addition with the same principal operator already enrolled in the program Confirm with the Customer to see if the new vehicle will be used most often. If not, proceed to add the vehicle and SaversPlus will automatically apply the discount to the new vehicle. If yes: For the Mobile Application: If the new vehicle is used most often the Vehicle Assigned field on the my Driving Discount screen should be updated to reflect this change. (03-2017) 7

The discount is still applicable on the existing vehicle and will also be added to the new vehicle. For the Device: If the new vehicle is used most often than the device must be removed from the existing vehicle and transferred to the new vehicle (customer must be advised to transfer the device). The vehicle assigned field on the my Driving Discount screen must be updated to reflect this change. The discount is still applicable to the existing vehicle and will also be added to the new vehicle (03-2017) 8

6. Vehicle addition with a principal operator not enrolled in the program If the principal operator chooses to participate in the program they must be enrolled to qualify for the discount. On the coverages tab click the radio button next to the my Driving Discount field. Complete the my Driving Discount to enroll the driver, using the dropdowns: Select Enrolled in the Status field. Select the Program Mobile or Device. Choose the primary use vehicle in the Vehicle Assigned field 7. Addition of vehicle the principal operator assigned to the new vehicle is already enrolled in the program and will no longer be principal operator on the existing vehicle. For the mobile application: The discount will be added to the new vehicle. The my Driving Discount screen will be updated to reflect the new vehicle assigned. If the driver added as principal operator to the existing vehicle is not an enrolled driver the my Driving Discount will automatically be removed. Unless this driver chooses to enroll in the program. This will count as a new enrolment and the my Driving Discount screen will need to be completed for this driver. (03-2017) 9

For the Device: The discount will be added to the new vehicle the device must be move to this vehicle. The my Driving Discount screen will be updated to reflect the new vehicle assigned. If the driver added as principal operator to the existing vehicle is not an enrolled driver the my Driving Discount will automatically be removed. Unless this driver chooses to enroll in the program. This will count as a new enrolment and the my Driving Discount screen will need to be completed for this driver. Example: Vehicle 1 with principal operator already enrolled, adding vehicle 2. Add vehicle 2 and assign principal operator. Change principal operator on vehicle 1 if the driver is interested in enrolling in the my Driving Discount program proceed to the my Driving Discount screen to enroll. If this driver does not want to enroll update the status on this screen to not interested. The my Driving Discount is automatically added to vehicle 2 and the vehicle assigned field on the drivers my Driving Discount will be updated to reflect the new vehicle. (03-2017) 10

8. Both drivers on the policy are enrolled in the program and switch vehicles Complete the reassignment of principal operators, then: For the Mobile: When the principal operators are changed for each vehicle the my Driving Discount screens will automatically be updated to reflect the new vehicle assigned. For the Device: When the principal operators are changed for each vehicle the my Driving Discount screens will automatically be updated. The Devices will need to be transferred to follow the principal operator. The my Driving Discount screen will be updated to reflect the new vehicle assigned. Example: Driver 1 is principal operator on risk 2; Driver 2 is principal operator on risk 1. Driver 1 will not be principal operator of risk 1; Driver 2 will be principal operator of risk 2. 9. Change in use If there is one principal operator of two vehicles and the use of vehicles change: For the mobile application: The vehicle assigned field must be updated on the my Driving Discount screen to reflect the new primary vehicle. For the device: The Device must be installed in the primarily used vehicle. The vehicle assigned field on the my Driving Discount screen must be updated to reflect this change. (03-2017) 12

10. Deletion of principal operator from an enrolled vehicle For the mobile application: If the driver is made principal operator on another risk the vehicle assigned field on the my Driving Discount will automatically be updated to reflect the change. If the driver is not principal operator on another vehicle SaversPlus will automatically remove them from the program. Eligibility status on the my Driving Discount screen will show as ineligible. For the device: If the driver is made principal operator on another risk the vehicle assigned field on the my Driving Discount will automatically be updated to reflect the change. The device will need to be transferred to the new vehicle. If the driver is not principal operator on another vehicle SaversPlus will automatically remove them from the program. Eligibility status on the my Driving Discount screen will show as ineligible. Note: For both above if a new principal operator is assigned to risks a my Driving Discount screen must be completed for them. If they opt not to enroll in the program the discount will be removed. 11. Adding a driver that is already enrolled in the my Driving Discount program on a cross reference policy. If a principal operator being added on either a policy change of new business transaction is already enrolled in the my Driving Discount on a cross reference policy they will also be eligible for the discount on this policy. When the radio button next to the my Driving Discount field is clicked a message will display to advise that the Customer is already enrolled on another policy: Clicking OK will direct the user to the my Driving Discount screen. The status will display as Device on another policy : (03-2017) 14

The my Driving Discount will automatically be added to the policy: 12. Removing a vehicle and enrolled driver from a policy and issuing a new policy for the same vehicle and driver. On the existing policy remove the driver from the program by amending the status to Cancelled by Client. Then set up the new policy and enroll the Customer in the program. Note: Both transactions must be completed simultaneously. 13. Vehicle becomes incompatible when it was eligible at the time of enrolment. If a policy change is processed (other than a vehicle substitution) and we have deemed the vehicle incompatible since the enrolment, a message will be generated that the driver is no longer eligible for the my Driving Discount. This will only occur when the Customer is enrolled with the Device. The Customer can change to the mobile application program, if this option is chosen the Customer will restart the program with the mobile application. If the Customer does not wish to switch to the mobile application program the status will have to be amended to Cancelled by Client and the my Driving Discount removed. (03-2017) 15

This can be removed by an Underwriter to determine if the discount should be kept by choosing the Underwriter Intervention option and having an Underwriter review in our systems. (03-2017) 16
