Weight Watchers will prvide: An At Wrk Series cnsists f weekly meetings held befre r after wrk, during the lunch hur, r any cnvenient time f the day fr the grup. Each series is 10 weeks in length and csts $98.00. The series can renew indefinitely, as lng as there is enugh membership, and we have a leader available. Prepayment fr the 10 weeks is required prir t the start f the series. Emplyees als have the ptin f paying in tw (2) installments f $55.00 each, at registratin and n week 5. Please nte that, based n the cst fr meetings at a Traditinal site, there is a savings f $32.00 fr members chsing t prepay fr the entire 10 week series, and a savings f $20.00 fr thse wh sign up fr the 10 week series, but chse the ptin f paying in tw installments. If sme members chse the ptin f paying in tw equal payments, it must be nted that a minimum f 12 f the 18 participants are required t pay the full amunt ($98.00) up frnt. Frm week 3 n, members may jin weekly, at a prrated cst f $12.00 times the number f weeks remaining in the series. Please see the schedule f payments n the attached price chart. A trained At Wrk leader will cme t yur wrkplace each week. The leader will bring everything needed t cnduct the Weight Watchers meeting. Generally, the time frame f the meetings is 45 minutes. Weigh-in ccurs during the first 15 minutes. The remainder f the meeting is spent in discussin and mtivatinal grup supprt. An At Wrk Series begins with a Registratin/Infrmatin meeting, where emplyees cmplete registratin paperwrk and learn abut Weight Watchers. What Weight Watchers needs frm the cmpany: We need a Cntact at yur cmpany t serve as a liaisn with Weight Watchers. The Cntact will arrange fr adequate meeting rm facilities. The lcatin shuld be the same each week. The Cntact will handle prmtin fr the new At Wrk series and publicity fr subsequent series Weight Watchers will supply prmtinal materials t the Client Cntact.
