Members who are not already signed up for home delivery are receiving letters that describe the convenience and/or savings aspects of home delivery, depending on their plan design. Home delivery pharmacy service through PrimeMail can mail up to a 90-day supply of maintenance medicine to employees and their dependents. Home delivery provides convenience, and depending on the plan design, savings. Copies of the first two letters of the campaign are attached. Additional mailings will take place on November 19, 2014 and January 20, 2015.
