your master plan for success Getting started Whether you want to make an extra few hundred dollars a month, or you desire a substantial 5, 6 or 7 figure residual income that changes your life forever, the SevenPoint2 pay plan is designed just for you. The plan offers virtually limitless earning potential through multiple types of weekly and monthly compensation. And, it s integrated seamlessly with a marketing system that is so simple to follow that virtually anyone can achieve success at the highest levels. All it takes is a little faith and personal action. Getting Started in the Compensation Plan There are four different ways to get started with SevenPoint2. Deciding which one is right for you will depend on your current circumstances and what you wish to achieve. If you want to focus on creating a serious income quickly, start with a Silver Elite Fast Start Pack. The Silver Elite Fast Start Pack provides not only the basic product inventory you need to start your business, but also the vital training that you need to help build a successful business as quickly and efficiently as possible. By starting with the Silver Elite Fast Start Pack, you will immediately lock in the Silver Elite rank. This opens up a series of major bonus categories that are not available at lesser ranks. If you are focused more on the products than on generating income, you can start with an Independent Bronze or Silver Global Associate Fast Start Pack. Each of these packs will provide you with an initial supply of product for personal use and/or light sampling. Each of these packs will also lock you in at the relative rank, from which you can then work your way up. Finally, the at cost Associate Membership allows you to begin in the business for a minimal investment. Through direct sales to Retail Customers, Preferred Customers, and New Associates, you can earn advances in rank. Maintaining your personal monthly product order will contribute to eventual rank advancement. 1. Build a customer base and earn up to 15% commissions 2. Build a team of Associates 2

your master plan for success Getting started HOW TO GET STARTED FAST Become a Silver Elite Purchase a Silver Elite Pack, or create 1800 in group volume in 3 active legs. The 60% Rule applies. Silver Elite Generation Bonuses In addition to everything else, once you become a Generation Qualified Silver Elite or higher, you can begin earning Silver Elite Generation Bonuses of as much as 5% CV. This applies to up to 9 generations of other Associates that are also ranked as Generation Qualified Silver Elite or higher. PReFERRED CUSTOMER PROGRAM Our generous Preferred Customer Program rewards you for developing a large customer base with SevenPoint2. This monthly bonus will pay out on your Preferred Customer commissionable volume (CV) based on the following table: 0-1000 QV earns 15% on CV 1001-2000 QV earns 20% on CV 2001+ earns 25% on CV Retail Sales All Associates earn a 15% commission on all retail sales that are made through your site. 3

your master plan for success momemtum bonuses MOMENTUM BONUSES Momentum 75% pays up to bonus The Momentum Bonus is designed to help you create instant income. The Momentum Bonus is paid in one of three ways. First is the Enrollment Bonus, designed to benefit Associates as they are actively enrolling new team members. As you achieve higher ranks, you earn a larger commission on each new enrollment. You can earn 20% to 75% depending on the rank that you have achieved. Commission on this bonus is paid on all initial orders and upgrade packs. The Momentum Bonus is paid out weekly. (Secondary orders are paid out through our monthly Uni-Gen Bonus). To illustrate, here is an example of the Momentum Bonus based on the purchase of a Silver Elite Pack for $1000 Dollars: 318 MV Points are paid on, with a maximum potential payout of $327.54; additionally 318 CV Points are also paid on through the monthly bonuses. Each product and pack will have its own MV. These bonuses follow the Enrollment Tree. MOMENTUM DIFFERENTIAL BONUSES Whether you start from the beginning with a Silver Elite Fast Start Pack, or work your way up to it through personal sales, the most exciting parts of the compensation plan start at the Silver Elite rank. You want to get there fast! As a Bronze or higher, you can earn Momentum Differential Bonuses from 5% of MV up to 65% of MV on Fast Start, Upgrade Packs and initial sales in your entire downline sales organization through potentially unlimited depth! The Momentum Differential Bonus pays you the difference between your ranks Momentum Bonus rate and the lower rates of Associates who are below you in your enrollment organization. As you rise through the ranks, the greater your potential payout. The bonus stops only when another Associate is found in your downline who has your same rank or higher. Momentum Differential Bonus continues on every other sale and through every other line of your downline. Momentum Differential Bonus continues to be calculated in the same manner on every other enrollment line. This can be HUGE money! 4

your master plan for success bonuses + ranks MOMENTUM GENERATION BONUS As a Silver Elite or higher you can still earn Momentum Generation Bonuses of 4% of MV on Fast Start Packs, Upgrade Packs and initial order sales on your entire network. This is through potentially unlimited depth of other Associates in your downline network, stopping only when arriving at the second Associate who is at your current rank or higher. Silver Elite Leader or Higher Bonuses of 4%!! level bonuses In addition to the weekly Momentum Bonuses mentioned previously, you can also earn 5% of the Commissionable Volume (CV) on product purchases other than Enrollments, Upgrades and initial orders through up to three (3) levels of active Associates in your downline network. You can maximize these bonuses by being a Silver or higher. The system uses Dynamic Compression to calculate your Level Bonus. Bronze Rank can be achieved by having 600 in Group Qualifying Volume (GQV) in one month. Silver Rank can be achieved by having 1200 in Group Qualifying Volume (GQV) and 3 active Legs in one month. Silver Elite Rank can be achieved by having 1800 in Group Qualifying Volume (GQV) and 3 active legs in one month. A qualified Silver can purchase a Silver Elite Upgrade Pack to achieve the Silver Elite rank. Starting with the Silver Elite Generation qualification or higher rank, a maximum of 60% GQV can come from any one leg. 5

your master plan for success bonuses + ranks Advanced rank qualifications All Associates begin at the level of Global Associate. When you have reached a rank, you will remain at that rank until you advance to a higher rank. This is called Highest Achieved Rank. Commissions and bonuses you qualify to earn and how much you earn is determined by the level of qualifications you meet during a given bonus period. This is called the Paid As Rank. In each bonus period, the Paid As Rank of an Associate is determined by the qualifications below: During Weekly Momentum Bonus Periods, your Paid As rank may advance, but it will not go down. Weekly Momentum Bonuses will be paid based on the higher of the last monthly bonus period Paid As Rank or the current month to date Paid As Rank. During Monthly Bonus Periods, your Paid As Rank may go up or down based on the qualifications you have met. There are a total of 14 possible Associate Ranks, and the simple SevenPoint2 marketing system is designed to help you advance through them. Share the products with people who desire better health; share the business with people who desire better wealth. It doesn t get any easier than that! Regardless of what rank you are at, you must be personally Active each month in order to be eligible for many of the bonuses. Maintain Active status through your personal product purchases and the purchases of your direct Retail and Preferred Customers. These all add up towards your Personal Qualification Volume (PQV) for that month. TIP: Each month you place an Autoship order, you earn DOUBLE the PQV. Remain Active Qualify to earn income in the SevenPoint2 Compensation Plan by remaining active each calendar month. You can remain active by: Global Associate and Bronze Level: Maintain 80 PQV* in personal orders (including your Preferred Customer orders), or 40 QV* in monthly Autoship. Silver, Silver Elite, and Gold Levels: Maintain 200 PQV in personal orders (including your Preferred Customer orders), or 100 QV in monthly Autoship. Platinum Level or higher: Maintain 300 PQV in personal orders (including your Preferred Customer orders), or 150 QV in monthly Autoship. 6

your master plan for success bonuses + ranks Team commissions generation BONUS The Generation Bonus encourages Associates to build a strong customer base of Retail and Preferred Customers, as well as a team of Associates who do the same. As your team grows, so will your team commission earnings. As you achieve higher ranks, the levels and generations from which you can earn commission increase. Commissionable Volume is grouped into generations to allow you to earn commissions on sales which originate deeper in your organization. Only generation qualified Silver Elites (or higher) create a generation. This bonus follows the Placement Tree and is paid monthly. Now let s look at how the Generations work and how you get paid: 1 2 3 First, become Generation Qualified by achieving a Group Qualifying Volume of 3000, have 3 active legs, meet the 60% Rule leg balance requirement, and be a Silver Elite or higher. Then help someone on your team, anywhere in your downline, do the same. This starts your second generation. Now you will be paid 5% down to the next Silver Elite Generation. This can be anywhere from one level to infinity! The system looks downline through each of your legs until another Generation Qualified Silver Elite is found. This is identified as a Second Generation. Starting here, your Second Generation includes all downline CV until a Third Generation is identified and so on. A generation can be through potentially unlimited depth! 7

your master plan for success generations Generation Pay Example GENERATIONS YOU Platinum Team Leader *Generation Qualified indicates that an Associate is an active Silver Elite (or higher), has at least 3 active legs, and has a total of at least 3,000 QV and satisfies 60% Rule in the monthly pay period. 8

your master plan for success bonuses + ranks DIAMOND AND BLACK DIAMOND QUARTERLY BONUS POOL The Quarterly Bonus Pool is funded by a set percentage of worldwide commission volume for the calendar quarter. The pool is divided up by points. Qualified Diamonds earn 1 point per qualified month, for up to a maximum of 3 points per quarter. Qualified Black Diamonds earn 3 points per qualified month, for up to a maximum of 9 points per quarter. elite Car ClUB BonUS When you achieve and maintain the level of Platinum or above, you become eligible to receive an Elite Car Bonus! To receive the Elite Car Bonus, you must purchase or lease a qualified white luxury car (check for qualifying cars in your region). Alternatively, you can elect to receive $300/month to put towards a car payment on any other car. All cars must display the provided SevenPoint2 decal(s). After you have registered your qualifying car, the Elite Car Club Bonus starts at $600/month, and increases with your rank: Platinum $600/month Emerald $700/month Ruby $800/month Diamond $900/month Black Diamond and above $1,000/month Associates who qualify for the Elite Car Club Bonus at any of these ranks, but fail to register a qualifying car, will still receive a Car Bonus of $300 for the month. 9

When you achieve and maintain the advanced ranks of Black Diamond, Presidential Black Diamond, Royal Black Diamond, Imperial Black Diamond or Crown Black Diamond, you can receive cash bonuses from $25,000 to $1,000,000 for each rank you achieve. These bonuses are in addition to all of the others you can earn. WOW! Awards are Cumulative. Multiple Awards May Be Earned Simultaneously; 2. Recipient must personally achieve BDTL within 24 months from initial enrollment in order to receive BDTL Rank Award. However, there is no time limit on achieving higher Rank Awards; 3. Qualifying Associates must maintain applicable Paid As status in each Qualifying Monthly Period of payout term in order to be paid the relevant Rank Award installment for that month; 4. Rank Award payments begin with the month of qualification; 5. Any Rank Award installment payments that are missed due to non-qualification in a particular month are forfeited; 6. Balance of unpaid Rank Award installment payments may be continued upon requalification for remaining months of relevant payout term. No Grace period. 10

your master plan for success bonuses + ranks Must have the following per calendar month: Presidential Black Diamond 3 Personally Enrolled, Paid As Black Diamond Legs Royal Black Diamond 3 Personally Enrolled, Paid As Black Diamond Legs of which at least 1 must be a Paid As Presidential Black Diamond Leg Imperial Black Diamond 5 Personally Enrolled, Paid As Black Diamond Legs of which at least 3 must be Paid As Presidential Black Diamond Legs Crown Black Diamond 5 Personally Enrolled, Paid As Black Diamond Legs of which at least 3 must be Paid As Royal Black Diamond Legs global enrollment bonus pool SevenPoint2 takes 2% of the Companywide Commissionable Volume and Momentum Volume for the month and places it into the Global Leader Enrollment Bonus Pool. Bonus amount varies each month depending on total company CV, MV and the number of Associates participating in the pool. Each NEW Customer or Preferred Customer with at least 50 QV = 1 point. Every 100 QV from initial orders and Upgrade orders from your personal enrollee volume = 1 point, this includes direct Fast Start and Upgrade Pack sales. You need a minimum of 9 points to qualify for participation in the pool. Qualifications: This bonus is available to Bronze Associates and higher. Associates that achieve the rank of Silver Elite by the end of the month following their enrollment month will gain Achiever Status and thereafter receive double points for life. 1 Point Share for every new Retail or Preferred Customer with at least a 50 QV order within the month. 1 Point Share for every 100 QV in direct Fast Start or Upgrade Pack sales within the month. Double Point Shares forever when you qualify as a Silver Elite Leader by the end of your first full monthly pay period following enrollment. ACHIEVER QUALIFICATIONS: Achieve the rank of Silver Elite in your enrollment month or the following month and earn DOUBLE THE POINTS for the Global Enrollment Bonus Pool for LIFE!! 11

your master plan for success the holding tank the holding tank When you enroll a new associate, you may immediately place them in your genealogy or you can place them in your Holding tank. the associates in your holding tank can be moved into specific places in your downline within the first 60 Days from the day that they enroll. once they are placed, or the 60 Days are up, their position is permanent and cannot be changed. While the associate is in your holding tank, they will be considered as frontline associates for commission purposes. 12

your master plan for success glossary glossary of terms Active: Global Associates are considered Active as long as they maintain the required Personal Volume (PV) from fully paid product orders during a calendar month. This required volume (see volume qualification table for volume requirements by rank) can come from Autoship Orders, personal orders, and/or the volume from orders placed by personally sponsored Retail or Preferred Customers. ASSOCiate (GLOBAL ASSOCiate): A person or company who has filled out the SevenPoint2 LLC application, had their application approved, and is in the Genealogy. Global Associate is the first step in rank advancement. Autoship Order: A pre-selected product order that is scheduled to be created, paid, and shipped at a specific time each month. CUStomer: A Customer is associated with an Associate. A Customer cannot sign up other Global Associates and cannot receive commissions. Global Associates have two types of non-associate customers: a Retail Customer and a Preferred Customer. A Preferred customer is a retail customer on Autoship. They receive wholesale pricing. Downline: This refers to the Associate(s) below another Associate in the Genealogy. Holding Tank: When an Associate personally sponsors another Associate, the new Associate can go into the Holding Tank for a period of 60 days. During that time, the sponsoring Associate will have an opportunity to move the new Associate one time under an existing leg in the Placement Tree. Until placed, the new Associate will remain a separate leg in the EnrollerTree, personally sponsored by his or her original sponsor; however, the Associate under whom s/he is placed in the Placement Tree will be his/her Placement upline. The new Associate will become part of the total leg volume in the leg in which s/he was placed. If the new Associate is not moved within the allotted time, s/he will remain as a new leg in the Placement Tree for the sponsoring Associate. Leg: A leg is a portion of an Associate s organization, starting at one of their first level Associates and encompassing their entire organization. If a Global Associate has 10 first-level Associates, they have 10 legs in the Enroller Tree. If a personally sponsored Associate is placed below an existing leg in the Placement Tree, that newly sponsored Associate becomes part of the Placement Tree leg but remains a separate leg for the Enroller in the Enrollment Tree. MOMENTUM VOLUME (MV): A separate volume attached to Fast Start and Upgrade Packs that is used for calculating Weekly Bonuses on product sales. Personal Enroller: An Associate who personally sponsors a new Associate into the SevenPoint2 LLC business. Enroller is also the term referring to a Global Associate who personally enrolls a Customer. Placement UPline: An Associate who is directly above another Associate in the Placement Tree. The Placement Enroller may not always be the Associate who personally sponsored them. 13

your master plan for success glossary glossary of terms Preferred Customer: A Retail Customer who is enrolled on Autoship. Qualifying Volume (QV): A separate value attached to each product or package that is used for determining all rank qualifications (usually the same as Associate price). Rank: The level of achievement in the compensation plan that determines how much commission is paid and the specific commission bonuses the Associate is eligible to earn. Rank is determined by personal and group sales volume, as well as the personal and group volume of the Associates in your group. retail PRICE (RP): The price of an item for Retail Customers. Upline: This refers to the Associate(s) above a new or existing Associate in the Genealogy. Volume: The value assigned to a product that is used to determine an Associate s rank qualifications in the compensation plan (qualifying volume or QV), or to determine the amount of commissions being paid on a product purchase (commissionable volume or CV). Qualifying volume and commissionable volume may not be the same value. Commissionable Volume (CV): A value assigned to a product that determines the amount of commission paid when the product is sold by an Associate. Group Qualifying Volume (GQV): The total qualifying volume of a specific group of Associates. Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV): Qualifying volume that is generated through an Associates personal product purchases. All Initial Purchases, Fast Track Packs and Upgrade Packs Bonuses, Momentum Bonuses, Momentum Differential Bonuses and Momentum Generation Bonuses are based on the Enrollment Tree. Genealogy Tree: This is the Company s overall structure that indicates how and where Associates are placed. Company supports both an Enroller and a Placement Unilevel/Generational Genealogy tree structure. Placement Tree: When a new Associate is enrolled, they are placed in their Enrollers Holding Tank for a period of 60 days. During that time, the enroller has the option to place the new Associate into an open position in an existing leg in their Placement Tree. Allowing the Associate to place a new Associate in an open position in the Placement Tree provides an opportunity to increase the sales volume in an existing leg and enables the new Associate to gain additional support from a sales organization that is already in place. Rank advancement and Team Commissions are based on the sales volume in the Placement Tree.
