Failure of the contractor to complete the attachment to the Bid Proposal Form will render the bid non-responsive. 3. Please note that Document 00 1113, Advertisement for Bids, was superseded by the Advertisement for Bidder Pre-qualification and Notice of Intent to Receive Bids from Pre-Qualified Bidders, which was issued as part of Addendum #1. As the Owner s agent the Contractor will purchase materials, supplies, equipment, and other items by means of the ADOR issued Certificate of Exemption. For items so purchased, vendors will render statements and invoices to the Contractor as the Owner s agent. The Contractor shall review and approve the invoices, as appropriate, and along with the monthly Application for Partial Payment forward the invoices to Owner for inclusion with the Application for Partial Payment. By approving and forwarding such invoices to the Owner for payment, the Contractor certifies the validity and accuracy of the invoices and that, to the best of his knowledge, the items covered by the invoices are of the quality and quantity specified in the Contract Documents.
