Trade and Promotion Depto Each Brazilian Consulate in the U.S.A has a trade and promotion section, called Secom, that serves as a bridge between businesses in Brazil and USA. The main goal is to promote Brazilian exports and attract foreign investment to Brazil. It also supports the internationalization of Brazilian companies.
