Online Client Portal Guide Voyage Wrap Available with your Voyage Wrap account is access to our modern online client portal. With its easy-to-navigate features it provides a complete view of your Voyage Wrap accounts in one convenient place. Summary of features Complete account visibility all of your investments in one convenient location. Easy access including tablet device compatibility. Intuitive representation of your portfolio including balance history, portfolio valuation and asset allocation. Integration with the Cash Account enabling you to make cash transfers and setup scheduled payments from the one location (Investment accounts only). Enhanced and convenient security settings including online password resets. Access to the latest market data information real time updates and personalised watch lists for your favourite ASX listed securities. Accessing the new client portal Simply follow the steps below. 1. Visit oasis.wrapinvest.com.au/voyage 2. Select Customer Login 3. Enter your access code and password and select Login. Codes and passwords If you have lost your Access Code, simply contact us on 1800 892 364 and our Client Services staff can assist you. If you have misplaced your password or would like to change it, select Forgot your Password? and enter your access code and mobile phone number registered with us and select Submit. A temporary password will be provided. 1
Once you re logged in, you can enjoy a whole new client experience, including viewing details of your investment, superannuation or pension portfolio and a suite of new features available for managing your Voyage Wrap account. Features A list of your accounts will be displayed by selecting Investments or Super & Pension in the top left-hand corner of the screen. To minimise this section, click on and it will disappear from the screen. To bring the above section back onto the screen, re-click on. After selecting an account, select View portfolio and choose one of the following options to display useful account information: Asset Allocation a breakdown of investments by asset class in your portfolio Balance History allows you to view your balance over various time spans Portfolio Valuation this can be customised by allowing you to select either today or specify a preferred date. 2
Transactions To view your cash and investment transactions, select Manage account in the top right-hand corner and choose either Cash transactions or Investment transactions. To view your statements, please select your account under Investments or Super & Pension and at the top right click Statements. Payments PAY The new online client portal allows you to go one step further and make cash transfers, add payees and set up regular payments by hovering your cursor over the red plus sign (available only on Voyage Investment Service). You will then have three options: Make a payment PAY 3
1. Make a payment By selecting PAY, you can transfer cash from the cash account of your account to another bank account. 2. Scheduled payments By selecting, you can view any scheduled payments set up on your account. Scheduled payments allow you to manage future and recurring payments and can be set up to recur weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly simply select Click here to start. 3. Manage payees By selecting, you can view any payees you have set up on your account. If you would like to add a new payee, it s as easy as selecting Add payee in the top right-hand corner and entering the bank account details. 4
Wealth tools To help you and your adviser make investment decisions, you can access general information regarding investments in your portfolio. Market information View the latest market information for ASX listed securities held by you or other portfolios in your account group (if relevant). For any security listed on the ASX you can also: obtain real time quotes view market depth chart recent price movements view market indices check company announcements. See an example of market information available below. Watchlists Create Watchlists with up to 50 of your favourite ASX listed securities tracking current prices, movement and calculate cost per unit.
