Hybrid Bond On 4 October 2017, BayWa placed its first hybrid bond in a volume of EUR 300 million. Further Information Issuer Proceeds from the issue will be used, among other purposes, for the refinancing of liabilities as well as to strengthen the equity base and diversify the financial portfolio. The bond is listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and traded on all German stock exchanges.
