There are no warranties which extend beyond the description herein. We are not liable or responsible for any incidental, consequential, commercial, or exemplary losses or damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to You. This Limited Warranty gives You specific legal rights but You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Your eligibility for benefits under this Limited Warranty begins on the Effective Date and at the Effective Odometer Reading and expires on the Expiration Date or the Expiration Mileage, whichever occurs first. Our obligation to perform under this Limited Warranty is insured separately by an insurance policy issued to Us by Drive-On Administration Services, Inc., P.O. Box 2527, Houston TX 77252, 1-800-343-6643 This Limited Warranty is effective only when the PowerShield product has been installed in the Vehicle within THIRTY (30) days from the date of purchase. If You do not receive the PowerShield product within THIRTY (30) days of the purchase date, please contact the Manufacturer at 888-784-6448, or the Administrator at 800-343-6643. Purchase of this Limited Warranty includes membership in the Auto Knight Motor Club, which provides 24-hour emergency roadside assistance benefits. SECTION 1: DEFINITIONS Administrator: Drive-On Administration Services, Inc., P.O. Box 2525, Houston TX 77252 is the Administrator for this Limited Product Warranty. Breakdown: The failure of any Covered Part to perform the function for which it was intended. Gradual reduction in operating performance due to the natural and inherent wear characteristics of automotive parts, where no failure has occurred, will not be considered a Breakdown. Covered Part: Any part listed below should be the original equipment on Your Vehicle or like replacement part meeting Vehicle manufacturer s specifications. Any Covered Parts which have been repaired or replaced prior to the Effective Date of this Limited Product Warranty must have been repaired or replaced by a state licensed mechanic. Covered Repair: Refers to a repair to a Covered Part as approved by the Administrator. Effective Date: THIRTY (30) days from the Purchase Date indicated on Page 1 of this Limited Warranty. Effective Odometer Reading: The odometer reading located indicated on Page 1 of this Limited Warranty plus ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (1,500) miles, Depending on the terms of your Limited Product Warranty. Expiration Date: The FOUR (4)/ FIVE (5) year anniversary of the Effective Date, or upon this Limited Warranty reaching its liability limits as expressed in LIMITS OF LIABILITY (Section 3 of this Limited Warranty ). Expiration Mileage: The Effective Odometer Reading plus 100,000 miles, and/or 60,000 miles upon this Limited Warranty reaching its liability limits as expressed in LIMITS OF LIABILITY (Section 3 of this Limited Warranty ). Based upon selected terms. Limited Product Warranty, Limited Warranty, or Warranty: Refers to this Limited Product Warranty document and all terms and conditions herein included with the product You have purchased from Seller. We, Us, Manufacturer, Obligor, or Our: Refers to the entity obligated to perform under this Limited Warranty. The Obligor for this Limited Warranty is Stinger Chemical Inc, 905 Live Oak St, Houston TX 77003. You, Your, or Registered Owner: Refers to the person listed as the Registered Owner on Page 1 of this Limited Warranty. SECTION 2: LIMITED WARRANTY TERM Your eligibility for benefits under this Limited Product Warranty begins on the Effective Date and at the Effective Odometer Reading and expires on the Expiration Date or the Expiration Mileage, whichever occurs first, or upon this Limited Warranty reaching its liability limits as expressed in LIMITS OF LIABILITY (Section 3 of this Limited Warranty ). SECTION 3: LIMITS OF LIABILITY In the case of a failure within the lubricated Covered Parts of the engine/transmission, front & rear differentials and power steering, turbo/ super charger. Vehicle, Our obligation is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts with like, kind, and quality including the replacement of all lost fluids including the PowerShield additive. The limit of liability under this Limited Warranty is THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000) per Engine and/or Turbo/Supercharger component group (aggregate); TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000) per Transmission component group (aggregate); ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1500) per differential component group (aggregate) FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500) per Cooling component group (aggregate); FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500) per Power Steering component group (aggregate) If a single claim or aggregate total of claims exceed the actual cash value of the Vehicle, as determined by the NADA average trade-in value, and We elect to pay the actual cash value of the Vehicle, the Limited Product Warranty will expire and no further claims can be made against Us. SECTION 4: WHAT IS COVERED Engine : All internally lubricated parts of engine including pistons; piston rings; piston pins; crankshaft and mainbearings; connecting rods and rod bearings; camshaft and camshaft bearings; timing chain and timing gears; intake and exhaust valves; valve springs; oil pump; push rods; rocker arms; hydraulic lifters; rocker arm shafts Note: The engine block and cylinder heads are only covered if damaged by the failure of any of the above-listed parts. Transmission: Internally lubricated parts of manual or automatic transmissions including torque converter case (only if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated Covered Part); oil pump; drums; planetaries; sun gear and shell; shaft(s); bearings; shift rail; forks; and synchronizers. Differential Assembly (Front and Rear): Differential housing, axle shaft, ring and pinion, bearing, bushing, washers, and all other internalparts within the differential assembly. Turbocharger/Supercharger: Turbocharger/Supercharger housing, turbo boost valve, bearing, bushing and all other internal parts (FACTORY INSTALLED ONLY) Cooling: water pump, radiator Steering: Power steering pump SECTION 5: ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Rental Reimbursement: We will provide reimbursement for a rental vehicle from a licensed agency in the event of a Breakdown. We will pay up to THIRTY FIVE (35) dollars for every FOUR (4) hours or portion thereof of approved labor time to complete the Covered Repair (maximum THREE (3) days). The first FOUR (4) hours of labor time for any Covered Repair does not qualify for reimbursement. This coverage does not apply to service or parts delays or other time delays beyond Our control or that of the repair facility. SECTION 6: MANDATORY SURCHARGES 4X4/AWD: A surcharge is required if Your Vehicle is equipped with 4X4/AWD. Diesel Engine: A surcharge is required if Your Vehicle is equipped with a diesel engine. Turbo/Supercharged: A surcharge is required for Vehicles equipped with a turbocharger or supercharger. Luxury Vehicle: A surcharge is required for certain Vehicles deemed a luxury or higher risk vehicle by the Manufacturer. Contact the Manufacturer for a list of such Vehicles that applies at the time You purchase the product. Page 2 of 5

SECTION 7: WHAT IS NOT COVERED Failure of any Covered Part, which occurs before the Effective Date and before the Effective Odometer Reading of this Limited Product Warranty will not be covered. Such failures will be considered pre-existing. Any Breakdown caused by a pre-existing failure will not be covered. The Vehicle must be in good mechanical working order for this Limited Product Warranty to be valid. Any parts that are not listed under Section 4 (WHAT IS COVERED) are not covered under this Limited Product Warranty. Diesel fuel Injectors, oil consumption, worn out or overheated parts or diminished performance are not covered. Leaking gaskets or leaking seals are not covered. Parts that require normal Vehicle manufacturer s recommended replacement intervals are not covered under this Limited Product Warranty. Damage resulting from failures by related parts or units such as but not limited to: levers, controls, linkage, cables, radiator cooler, rubber mounts, external oil lines, viscous couplings, drive axles and electronic components, internal or external, to the engine or transmission are not covered. All claims must be the result of a proven Breakdown. This Limited Product Warranty is not intended for and does not apply to certain vehicles specifically ineligible for coverage; for a complete list of such vehicles, contact the product Manufacturer. Commercial vehicles are also ineligible; A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE IS DEFINED AS A VEHICLE REGISTERED TO A BUSINESS OR A VEHICLE USED FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES. VEHICLES THAT ARE USED IN EXCESS OF THE MANUFACTURER S GVWR OR FOR EXCESSIVE HAULING AND PULLING ARE EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE. TOW TRUCKS, VEHICLES WITH SNOWPLOWS, POLICE VEHICLES, AND TAXIS ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE. Please contact the Administrator for clarification. We are only responsible for Covered Parts as indicated in this Limited Product Warranty, when originally purchased by the Registered Owner named above. Claims under this Limited Product Warranty will not be paid if the Registered Owner is entitled to comparable benefits under other warranties, service contracts, or recall programs. We are not responsible if the Covered Parts have been abused in any way, or damaged as a result of a collision. We are not responsible if the Covered Parts have been tampered with or altered after the original equipment manufacturer installation. This Limited Product Warranty will not apply to the following: Damage or abuse through towing, improper load capacity, or continued operation of an impaired Vehicle, and failure to follow the terms and conditions as outlined, are not covered. Thermostats, blown head gaskets, cracked heads or block, fluid leaks, leaking seals or gaskets or lines or hoses, overheating or other engine or transmission failures caused by the lack of fluids or improper maintenance are not covered. Breakdowns caused by contamination, lack of proper fluids or non-suitable fluids, fuels, coolants of lubricants, including a Breakdown caused by the failure to replace seals or gaskets in a timely manner are not covered. Damage to the Vehicle caused by collision, misuse, road conditions, negligence, alterations, racing, fires, floods, riots, acts of war, vandalism, theft or acts of God are not covered. This Limited Product Warranty does not cover such things as loss of use of the Vehicle, loss of earnings, personal damages, per diem expenses, or any other consequential or incidental damages. Storage, medical, telephone or rental charges not specifically outlined in these terms and conditions are not covered. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to You. SECTION 8: WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF A BREAKDOWN In the event of failure of a Covered Part, You must call the Administrator at 800-343-6643 for claim validation. You will be required under this Limited Product Warranty to authorize the repair facility to tear down the component(s) for inspection before repair or replacement of failed component(s). You will be required to pay the cost of the tear down if the Breakdown is not covered by this Limited Product Warranty. Reasonable access must be provided to the Vehicle for inspection. You must submit all required documentation to the Administrator including: a copy of this Limited Product Warranty, proof of maintenance of all Covered Parts as outlined in Section 4 (WHAT IS COVERED), and Section 9 (REGISTERED OWNER S OBLIGATIONS), documented failure of any Covered Part, receipt for rental car. If authorized, all documentation must be received within TEN (10) days of reporting a claim. Repairs or replacements must be completed at Our national labor rate by a State Certified repair shop. Diagnostic time will be authorized based on what is fair and reasonable as determined by the Administrator. The maximum hourly rate for covered repairs shall not exceed ONE HUNDRED DOLLARES ($100) per hour. This Limited Product Warranty is only valid in the United States and Canada. Failure to receive Administrator s authorization prior to any repair work will invalidate this Limited Product Warranty. SECTION 9: REGISTERED OWNER S OBLIGATIONS To be eligible for the benefits of this Limited Product Warranty, the PowerShield additives must be properly installed in the engine, transmission, power steering, radiator and differential by You or an ASE- certified mechanic and all covered components must have been factory installed by the Vehicle manufacturer or repaired or repl aced by an ASE-certified mechanic. Documentation evidencing the above will be required. To obtain the benefits provided under this Limited Product Warranty, it is the responsibility of the Vehicle s Registered Owner to: a) properly install the additive in the engine and transmission; b) have the engine oil and engine oil filter changed by a commercial service facility every FOUR (4) months or FOUR THOUSAND (4,000) miles (whichever occurs first) for gasoline engines, and every FIVE (5) months or FIVE THOUSAND (5000) miles for diesel engines. The Registered Owner may change the engine oil and oil filter provided he/she keeps the original receipts for the oil and filter and writes the covered Vehicle s mileage at the time of oil and filter change on the receipts. Proper documentation and verifiable receipts for oil and engine oil filter changes will be required in the event of a claim; and c) the Vehicle must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer s recommended maintenance schedule. Service receipts and invoices must be presented in the event of a claim. Page 3 of 5

SECTION 10: HOW THIS WARRANTY MAY BE CANCELLED OR TRANSFERRED The Paid purchase price of the Limited Product Warranty products is fully refundable within (30) days of the products delivery date. Cancellation requests after (30) days will result in prorata refund based on the number of un-shipped product. Upon such cancellation this limited product warranty expiration shall expire 1 year from the date of the last shipped product. Any prior payments under the warranty paid prior to cancellation date will be deducted from the refund amount. This Limited Product Warranty is transferable to a second Vehicle owner, provided the Administrator listed above is notified in writing, all maintenance records are reviewed prior to the transfer, and a FIFTY DOLLAR ($50) transfer fee is paid. SECTION 11: ARBITRATION Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Limited Product Warranty or the breach thereof will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties specifically agree to the binding nature of the arbitration. Any arbitration subject to this paragraph shall be before a single impartial arbitrator who shall have no less than TEN (10) years experience in the manufacturing of automotive additives unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the parties. If no arbitrator is agreed to within TEN (10) days of demand for arbitration, either party may petition a court for appointment of a qualified arbitrator whose qualifications are consistent with the requirements of this paragraph. Each party to the arbitration shall pay its own expense. Arbitration service fees and arbitrator fees shall be paid equally by each party, unless the arbitrator rules otherwise. The location of all arbitrations shall be located in Harris County, Texas. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any State or Federal court of competent jurisdiction. The initiation or participation by any party in any judicial proceeding shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to enforce this arbitration provision and notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, shall not be asserted or accepted as reason to delay, to refuse to participate in, or refuse to enforce this arbitration provision. Any party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney s fees and costs incurred in enforcing this arbitration provision, and the arbitrator shall have sole authority to award such fees and costs. THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY COVERS ONLY DAMAGE INCURRED WHILE THE ADDITIVE IS IN THE VEHICLE. THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY IS A PRODUCT WARRANTY AND IS NOT INSURANCE. THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN YOU AND US. SECTION 12: ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE This Limited Warranty includes membership in the Auto Knight Motor Club. As a Member of the Plan, all emergency roadside assistance benefits are available to you up to the ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) per occurrence benefit limit without any additional payments. Members are responsible for any non-covered expenses over the per occurrence limit. Each Covered Vehicle will be permitted an aggregate (total) of benefit occurrences that are covered by the Plan of up to THREE (3) covered occurrences under the SIX (6) month Membership Plan. Your membership will begin on the date shown on this Motor Club Membership Registration, the Plan Effective Date, and continues for the number of months indicated in the Plan Term Section, unless canceled. This Membership is not transferable. All Plan Service(s) are provided by Auto Knight Motor Club Inc, with administrative offices at 1009 N Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, CA 92262. In the event that Service is not obtainable through Auto Knight, upon Your written request You may receive a refund of payments made for Services received independently according to the coverage limits outlined in this Agreement. You must first contact Auto Knight for authorization to obtain independent services. You have the right to file a compliment or complaint by submitting a written letter to our Membership Department at 43100 Cook St, Ste 200, Palm Desert, CA 92211; contacting a representative by calling toll-free (888)983-3583; or via our website at www.autoknight.com. All of the emergency roadside assistance benefits of Your membership are described herein and are applicable throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, it is important that You understand this is a Motor Club Membership, and except in Wisconsin, this is not an automobile liability insurance contract; and (2) this is not an physical damage insurance contract. The following Service(s) are covered emergency roadside assistance benefits, subject to the ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) per occurrence limitation and the aggregate covered occurrences limitation: (1) Towing Assistance: When towing is necessary, the disabled Covered Vehicle will be towed up to TWENTY FIVE (25) (unloaded/loaded) miles to the nearest qualified service facility. (2) Battery Service: If a battery failure occurs, a jump start will be applied to start the covered Vehicle. (3) Flat Tire Assistance: Service consists of the removal of the Covered Vehicle s flat tire and its replacement with the inflated spare tire; if no spare is available, Vehicle will be towed to nearest service facility (under the limits of the towing benefit). (4) Emergency Fluid Delivery Service: An emergency supply of up to THREE (3) gallons of gasoline, oil, fluid, and water will be delivered to the Covered Vehicle if the covered Vehicle is in an immediate need. You must pay for the fuel or other fluid when it is delivered. (5) Lock-Out Assistance: If Your keys are locked inside the Covered Vehicle, Auto Knight will provide for assistance gaining entry to the Vehicle. Motor Club Terms and Conditions The following terms and conditions must apply to qualify for coverage under this Motor Club Membership Plan. Throughout this agreement defined terms whether capitalized or bolded have a defined meaning or value. 1. Membership benefits extend to the Covered Vehicle only. Covered Vehicle is defined as the Vehicle listed on this application page and registered with Auto Knight Motor Club Inc. 2. Important: Member must be with the Covered Vehicle when the service provider arrives, as they cannot service an unattended Vehicle; You will be charged a service fee for any unattended service attempts. 3. Service provided must be a covered benefit under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. To obtain service just call TOLL FREE: (888)983-3583 to speak to a dispatcher who will dispatch a service vehicle for a covered emergency. Service(s) is defined as items 1-5 under the covered emergency roadside assistance benefits above. Note: Any Service obtained through any source other than Auto Knight is not covered and is not reimbursable. In the event that Auto Knight is unable to provide service, upon Your written request You will be authorized by Auto Knight to obtain service from another service provider. In this event, You will be reimbursed for any payments made for authorized covered Service(s) up to the specified benefit limits. Otherwise, Service secured through any source other than Auto Knight Motor Club Inc will not be reimbursed. 4. Your Membership Plan must be active, and You must contact Auto Knight Motor Club Inc directly for service TOLL FREE at (888)983-3583. Plan is defined as the agreement between You and Auto Knight Motor Club Inc. 5. The following items are not included as part of the Motor Club Membership Plan Benefits: (i) Coverage shall not be provided in the event of emergencies resulting from the use of intoxicants or narcotics, or the use of the Covered Vehicle in the commission of a felony; (ii) cost of parts, replacement keys, fluids, lubricants, or cost of fuel, material, additional labor relating to towing, or the cost of installation of products; (iii) non-emergency towing or other non-emergency service; (iv) any Service available through a valid manufacturer s warranty or service; (v) non-emergency mounting or removing of snow tires or chains or shoveling snow from around a vehicle; (vi) tire repair, extrication, or winching; (vii) motorcycles, trucks over one and a half ton capacity, antique vehicles (meaning vehicles over 20 years old or out of manufacture for 10 years or more), taxicabs, limousines, or other commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles (RVs), camping trailers, travel trailers, or any vehicles in tow; (viii) any and all taxes or fines, damage or disablement due to fire, flood or vandalism; (ix) towing from or repair work performed at a service station, garage, or repair shop, towing by other than a licensed service station or garage, vehicle storage charges, a second tow or other benefit related to the same occurrence; (x) service on a vehicle that is not in a safe condition to be towed or serviced that may result in damage to the vehicle if towed or serviced; (xi) towing or service on roads not regularly maintained, such as sand beaches, open fields, forests, and areas designated as not passable due to construction, etc; (xii) towing at the direction of a law enforcement officer relating to traffic obstruction, impoundment, abandonment, illegal parking, or other violations of law; (xiii) repeated service calls for a Covered Vehicle in need of routine maintenance or repair (only one disablement for the same service type during any SEVEN (7) day period will be accepted); (xiv) services received independently from Auto Knight without prior authorization from Auto Knight (only THREE (3) covered occurrences are provided for a SIX (6) month Membership). THIS IS NOT A ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE REIMBURSEMENT SERVICE. Cancellation: This Membership will cancel automatically upon cancellation of the Limited Product Warranty with which Membership is provided. Auto Knight reserves the right to cancel this Membership for the following reasons: cancellation by Auto Knight for fraud or material misrepresentation on Your part (which will be effective THIRTY (30) days after delivery or first-class mailing of a written notice to You); OR cancellation by Auto Knight for nonpayment of this Membership by You (which will be effective TEN (10) days after delivery or frst-class mailing of a written notice to You). Change of Address or Contact Information: If there are changes to Your personal information, including name, address or telephone number, please notify the seller that issued this Motor Club Membership Plan to You. Binding Arbitration and Waiver Of Jury Trial: It is understood and agreed that the transaction evidenced by this agreement takes place in and substantially affects interstate commerce. Any dispute, disagreement, or controversy, whether before or after the effective date of this agreement, arising out of or related to this agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by BINDING ARBITRATION under the Federal Arbitration Act ( FAA ) in the county of residence of the Contract Owner, before THREE (3) arbitrators. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (the AAA ) under its Commercial Rules, and where applicable, its Supplementary Procedures for the Resolution of Consumer-Related Disputes in effect at the time the arbitration is filed. If required in writing by the Member, Club will advise Member how to contact the AAA and how to obtain a copy of the Arbitration Rules without cost. Page 5 of 5
