Your Benefits Resources 101 How to Enroll Enrolling means choosing the right benefits for you and your family. With Your Benefits Resources, it s easy to find what fits. Use this to explore and enroll in your benefits.

Welcome to Your Benefits Resources Your Benefits Resources (YBR) is your go-to place to plan, choose and review your Dominion health and insurance benefits. YBR makes it easy for you to: Make your benefit elections when you first join Dominion and during Open Enrollment. Learn about your health and insurance benefits. Use tools to help you compare and choose your benefits. Find doctors, dentists, hospitals, labs and other facilities and providers in your health care plan s network. Name or change your life insurance beneficiaries. Change your benefits coverage if you have a qualifying life event, such as getting married or having or adopting a child. Read on to learn more. One Password Does It All! Once you ve created your password, you ll use it for logging on directly to YBR and for calling the Dominion Benefit Center. Keep your user ID and password in a safe, secure place! Your Benefits Resources is a trademark of Hewitt Associates LLC.

How to Access YBR YBR is available anywhere you have an Internet connection 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can access YBR: Directly from DomNet once you ve logged on to your computer at work. From the DomNet homepage, select the Your Benefits Resources link under the Benefits & Career section to link to YBR. No additional user ID or password needed! Via the Internet at http://resources.hewitt.com/dominion. You ll need to enter your YBR user ID and password. The first time you go to YBR, click on Register as a New User and identify yourself by entering the last four digits of your Social Security number and your date of birth. You ll then be prompted to create a user ID and password. You ll also be asked to answer a few security questions (for example, the name of the street you grew up on or your first pet s name). That way, if you ever forget your user ID or password, you can access YBR by correctly answering the security questions. Click on I Forgot My User ID or I Forgot My Password and follow the prompts. To protect your personal information, you ll need to answer the security questions you set up during a previous site visit. Your new user ID/password will be emailed to you. If you don t have email access or can t answer the security questions, a new temporary user ID/password will be mailed to your home address within 10 business days. For personal assistance, call the Dominion Benefit Center at 1-877-434-6996. How to Enroll Enrolling for your benefits on YBR is easy. It looks like a lot of steps, but it ll just take a few minutes. Really! Log on to YBR. You ll be at the homepage. Click the Enroll link in the Action Needed! box at the top of the page to get to the Open Enrollment page. You can t miss it! On the Open Enrollment page, a series of steps will take you through the entire enrollment process.

Follow the steps to access helpful tools you can use to make your benefits choices. When you re done using the tools, select Enroll in Your Benefits and then click Enroll Now! to access the Enroll in Your Benefits page. On the Enroll in Your Benefits page, choose your medical, dental, vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Accounts, life and AD&D insurance, and/or disability coverage. Each has a View/Change button beside it. Click View/Change and make a selection. If applicable, also select which dependents you want to cover. Then click Continue to return to the Enroll in Your Benefits page. Repeat this process to select your other benefits. When you finish making your choices, click Complete Enrollment at the bottom of the Enroll in Your Benefits page. To submit your elections, click OK. Make sure you see the Submitted Successfully! message. Carefully review the Submitted Successfully page, which shows your benefit elections. Print the Submitted Successfully page as a confirmation of your benefit elections and keep it for your records. If you have an email address on file, you ll get an email confirmation within 30 minutes of completing your enrollment on YBR. The email will confirm that you completed your enrollment only; it won t include your actual benefit elections. If you don t have an email address on file, your printout of the Submitted Successfully page will serve as your enrollment confirmation; you won t receive a confirmation in the mail.

Making Benefit Changes During the Year In general, you can only make changes to your benefits coverage during Open Enrollment. However, some changes in your or your dependents lives, known as qualifying life events, can affect your benefits. Qualifying life events are things like marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, or a dependent losing or gaining coverage in another plan. You can make benefit changes due to qualifying life events right on YBR. YBR provides handy life events checklists to help you think through and complete the benefit and payroll changes you may want to make. For instance, if you have a baby or adopt a child, you may want to add your new family member to your health plan coverage. Link right from these checklists to the pages on YBR where you can make any changes or get more information. Remember: You must make your benefit changes within 31 days* of the qualifying life event. Otherwise, you can t make benefit changes until the next Open Enrollment period. * You have 60 days to make your benefit changes if your qualifying life event is the birth, adoption or placement for adoption of your child(ren); eligibility for premium assistance under the plan through a state children s health insurance program (CHIP); or the termination of Medicaid or CHIP coverage due to loss of eligibility. The 31-day period applies to adding dependents under all other qualifying life events. Where Will I See My Benefit Premiums? You ll see your benefit costs right on YBR. The Enroll in Your Benefits page will show your costs for the benefits you ve already elected (or you ve been assigned as default coverage). To see your costs for all the benefit options for which you re eligible, just click the View/Change button for each of the benefits listed on the left side of the page.

Need Help? Call the Dominion Benefit Center If you need help using YBR or can t access it from where you are, call the Dominion Benefit Center at 1-877-434-6996 (1-646-254-3478 outside the U.S.). Representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. You ll hear a recorded message and menu. To speak to a Dominion Benefit Center representative: During Open Enrollment, say Open Enrollment anytime during the call if you have a question about enrollment. After Open Enrollment closes, say All Other Questions if you have questions related to your enrollment elections or about using YBR. For your protection, you ll need your password in order for a Dominion Benefit Center representative to access your personal information. Already created a password for YBR? Great! You ll use the same password for the Dominion Benefit Center. Haven t set up your password yet? No worries a representative will tell you how to create one. Forgotten your password? The system will tell you how to reset it. It s that easy! Cut the Clutter! Prefer to get emails from YBR and the Dominion Benefit Center instead of regular mail? No problem! All it takes is your email address. Log on at http://resources.hewitt.com/dominion. Select the Your Profile tab at the top of the homepage and then Personal Information in the drop-down box. Follow the steps to provide your email address and update your preferred delivery method for required notices and other correspondence. We ll take it from there!
