The HAPPILY EVER AFTER WITH DISNEY WEDDINGS & ALFRED ANGELO 2016 SWEEPSTAKES (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01:01 am (UTC) on the 12 th of January, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (UTC), on the 31 st of July, 2016 ( Sweepstakes Period. ) All entries must be received during this "Sweepstakes Period." UTC is Universal Coordinated Time. 2. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States including the District of Columbia (except residents of Rhode Island and Puerto Rico), of Canada (excluding Québec), Australia, New Zealand, and of the United Kingdom ( UK ). The Sweepstakes is also known as a free prize drawing in the UK. To be eligible, all entrants must have reached the age of majority (minimum age 18 years old, or older if required to be considered of majority age by place of residency or other applicable law) by the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. Boxes not permitted), your current phone numbers (home, work and mobile) and valid email address, your date of birth, the date of mailing and your original signature. All mailed entries must be postmarked and received during the Sweepstakes Period. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON REGARDLESS OF THE MANNER OF ENTRY. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Walt Disney World Honeymoon package for two (2) persons for five (5) nights and six (6) days consisting of the following: 5 night stay, accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of two (2) persons per room) for five (5) nights at a Deluxe Disney Resort hotel at the premises selected by Disney in its sole discretion; One $500 Disney Gift Card; Two (2) five (5) Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option; and Disney's Magical Express transportation from Orlando International Airport to Walt Disney World Resort upon your arrival, and back to Orlando International Airport on the day of your departure. (total value of honeymoon package valued at not more than $4,000.00.) Items that are not included as part of the package are meals (except as provided above), hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic or other beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges, taxes, and all other charges and items not otherwise described above. Any and all fees and expenses not specifically mentioned herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRIZE PACKAGE AND IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. 5. TAXES. Any valuation of the prizes stated above is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any prize awarded may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The Sweepstakes winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prizes and paying any expenses associated with the prize(s) which are not specifically provided for in these official rules. The winner and winner s guest must provide Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number before any prize package will be awarded. The Sweepstakes winner will receive an IRS form 1099 (or comparable form) at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the appropriate taxing authority in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 6. SELECTION OF WINNERS: The prizes will be awarded from a random drawing conducted on or before August 19 th, 2016 from among eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Once a prize is awarded, the prize winner will no longer be eligible for additional prizes. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor's marketing department, whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of Entries received. The potential prize winner will be notified by Sponsor by September 2 nd, 2016 by mail or email. If a potential prize winner (i) does not respond as provided in these Rules, (ii) is found to be ineligible, or (iii) his/her prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor s sole discretion, an alternate potential prize winner may be selected from the remaining Entries. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER HOUSEHOLD. 7. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: Potential prize-winners may be required to execute and return a Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and a Prize Verification Form to Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of notification. INTERNET: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the online portion of this Sweepstakes (or the entire Sweepstakes) should any infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, including the right to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. FORCE MAJEURE: In the event the Sponsor, Prize Provider or the Released Entities are prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order of regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor's, Prize Provider s or the Released Entities' control (each a "Force Majeure" event), the Sponsor, Prize Provider, and the Released Entities shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, Prize Provider or the Released Entities, in their discretion, elect to abbreviate, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes as a

GENERAL CONDITIONS. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize you may win, you agree that: [1] you have all rights, permissions and consents necessary to grant the rights to Sponsor as expressed herein; [2] you will abide by and be bound by the Rules and the Sponsor's decisions; [3] the Entry becomes solely the Sponsor's property and will not be returned; [4] you release and hold harmless Sponsor, Disney, their respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies, divisions, parent companies, and all employees, officers, directors, agents, and advertising agencies (hereafter Releasees ) from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize; participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Sweepstakes information; [5] the Releasees do not make any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the Sweepstakes or prize; [6] winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes the grant to Sponsor and assigns of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the Sweepstakes for any programming, publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; [7] in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism or other matters beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, except where prohibited by law, Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Rules or to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes; and in such event, to select a winner by such method as Sponsor in its sole discretion shall consider equitable; [8] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: errors in the advertising, Rules and the selection and announcement of the winner; [9] any portion of the prize not accepted or used by the winner will be forfeited; [10] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept or use the prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason; [11] the Sponsor has the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects to be doing any of the following: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website; (b) violating the Rules; (c) violating the terms of service, Privacy Policy or other terms, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any Sweepstakes property or service; (d) acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or (e) for any other good cause as determined solely by the Sponsor; [12] Sponsor has the right to lock out an entrant whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes; [13] since any attempt by any individual to damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of these Rules as well as criminal and civil laws, and should Sponsor believe or become aware that such an attempt has been, is being, or will be made, it has the right to seek remedies and damages from any responsible individuals to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation civil and/or criminal prosecution in accordance with applicable law; [14] UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN

ARBITRATION. ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR IN RESPECT OF ANY LEGAL RELATIONSHIP ASSOCIATED WITH OR DERIVED FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ARISING FROM THE AWARDING, DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE, USE, MISUSE, POSSESSION, LOSS OR MISDIRECTION OF THE PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY OR TRAVEL OR FROM ANY INTERACTION WITH, OR DOWNLOADING OF, COMPUTER SWEEPSTAKES INFORMATION, SHALL BE FINALLY RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION CONDUCTED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION, UNDER ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES AND INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION RULES. ANY ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT ON A CLASS OR MULTI-CLAIMANT BASIS. THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT, 9 UNITED STATES CODE, SEC. 1, et seq. SHALL APPLY.
