Investment choice and flexibility Today s investment landscape has a wide range of investment funds to choose from which can make selecting the right investments challenging. When setting up a plan, you need the confidence that your super provider will give you the best possible chance of meeting your members long-term investment goals. At OnePath, we provide that confidence by taking an active role in selecting and monitoring expert managers for our clients. We partner with specialist investment managers for specific asset classes who we believe will drive greater value for our investors. OnePath offers you the flexibility of determining a default investment strategy for your plan. The default strategy should meet the overall needs of your plan. You can choose funds that cover a wide range of investment styles and asset classes including single-manager, multi-manager, diversified and domestic investment funds. Your employees can also choose from over 50 investment funds across a variety of managers, styles and sectors, all managed by highly regarded investment managers. OptiMix Balanced If you don t choose a default investment strategy, your employees contributions will be invested in the Trustee s default strategy, OptiMix Balanced. Employees can choose to stay with the default investment strategy or nominate their personal investment strategy at any time. Comprehensive insurance OnePath has extensive expertise and experience in wealth protection solutions, insuring thousands of employees in some of Australia s largest companies. You can choose from OnePath Life s award winning range of comprehensive and competitively priced insurance options tailored to meet your employees needs, including: Death only (including Terminal Illness) which provides a lump sum upon death or diagnosis of terminal illness Death (including Terminal Illness) and Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) which provides a lump sum upon death or becoming totally and permanently disabled Group Salary Continuance (GSC) with the flexibility of either a two year or to age 65 benefit period that provides a monthly benefit in the event of Total Disability or Partial Disability. Common insurance designs include: fixed amounts of cover, or a formula that is a percentage of salary times years of future service, or If you do not choose an insurance option for your plan, default insurance cover will automatically apply to your employees. The default insurance cover is two units of Standard Death and TPD on a fixed premium basis. Insurance premiums are generally deducted from your employees superannuation accounts, which would be tax deductible for contributions tax purposes. Automatic Acceptance Level (AAL) Your employees may be eligible for an Automatic Acceptance Level, a specified amount of insurance cover automatically available to eligible plan members without showing evidence of good health. The AAL will depend on the size of your employer plan. insurance cover based on employee s age and a fixed premium. 3

Leading employer support Ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support for your super plan. Dedicated service and support Our experienced Transition Management team will manage the smooth transition of your super to ensure it s set up properly from the start. The transition process follows a detailed methodology which is tailored to the specific needs of your plan and involves meeting various legal requirements, establishing the plan and communicating with members, including: a dedicated Transition Service Consultant to manage the end-to-end transition internal and external stakeholder negotiation ensuring prompt delivery of all required information and services close and regular communications with you and your key staff representatives development of solutions to overcome any transition issues or complexities automatic registration and training on EasyTransact OnePath s online employer super solution a free service to help your employees combine other super accounts into Integra Super, quickly and easily. Simply select the rollover assistance section of the Employer Application Form when you join. Relationship management for larger plans Relationship managers will assist with transitioning larger plans, including policy committee support, facilitating and presenting member education seminars and overarching plan management. Dedicated plan management and Customer Service Consultants A dedicated team of Customer Service Consultants will be on hand to provide you with reliable administration support. The team is responsible for the day-to-day administration and servicing of your plan. Simply phone the team on 133 665 weekdays between 8.30am and 6.30pm (Sydney time) or email customer@onepath.com.au Support when establishing a policy committee We provide the support materials for you and your employees to establish a policy committee. The role of the committee is to ensure we are aware of any concerns you and your employees may have. 4

Managing your account A comprehensive range of online services to help you manage your employer plan. EasyTransact our online employer super solution with Clearing House service As a new employer you ll be automatically registered for EasyTransact, our time saving online super management and servicing system. EasyTransact enables you to quickly and conveniently complete many functions such as: establish an automated direct debit to manage superannuation payments on your behalf to simplify and reduce your administration update your employees details, including tax file numbers (to ensure your employees are not charged extra tax) produce Super Guarantee contribution reports which provide an audit trail showing you ve met your legislative obligations. The Clearing House service is free of charge if you nominate your Integra Super plan as your default super fund and if at least 50% of your employees registered on EasyTransact have their super contributions paid to Integra Super. Your employees will also receive a discounted Member Fee if you re a regular user of EasyTransact. EasyTransact uses the highest levels of encryption to provide security for online transactions. There s an easily downloadable instruction guide and phone-based support from the EasyTransact Support Team. Other payment options We also provide you with a number of options to make managing your plan easy. These include, direct credit, direct debit, BPAY and cheque. The EasyTransact Helpdesk has a dedicated team at your service. The first time you make a contribution they ll assist you with any set-up or training requirements you might have. They ll also provide you with the most appropriate file upload template, depending on your specific needs. Clearing House service Our Clearing House service enables you to submit all your employees contributions to your Integra Super plan and other funds in the one electronic transfer. You can send TFNs for your choice of fund employees securely online, simplifying your fund administration. Registered to BPAY Pty Ltd ABN 69 079 137 518. The EasyTransact Helpdesk has a dedicated phone based support team at your service. 5

Innovative member services Helping your employees manage and grow their super. Member education Your employees will have access to an online suite of educative member services to help grow and manage their superannuation. In the Member Super Centre, members can: view their super account balance and transactions at any time, update their details and switch investment strategies use our interactive online financial education tools and calculators to explain ways to grow their super and plan for a comfortable retirement understand investment strategies and insurance through their super check investment performance and product details pre-populate online forms automatically with their personal details. The Super Learning Centre forms part of the Member Super Centre at onepath.com.au/member Consolidation service Our free consolidation service can help employees who have chosen to combine their super accounts by assisting them to complete their forms, certify their identification and explain how they can make contributions. Insurance can easily be transferred provided members can provide proof of previous cover. Keeping OnePath when members change jobs When you advise OnePath that an employee has left your service (for any reason other than retirement, death, disablement or a terminal medical condition) they will be automatically transferred to Integra Super Personal. Members retain many of the features they enjoyed as members of your plan, such as group based insurance premium rates. We re with members on their journey to retirement and support them to help achieve their retirement goals. 7
