Client Feedback: Below are just a couple of feedback pieces; showcasing the client relationships with our Novia One brand and service level satisfaction. Novia One has incorporated Hedge Fund Academy in a recent re-brand. Our business growth from the original Hedge Fund Focused Training Provider was the reason for a new transforming name to suite our much broader service offering. Public Investment Corporation (PIC): Chris Pholowane, Executive Head in Human Resources & Martha Tshimole, HR Learning & Development Practitioner "The PIC has been working with HFA on the Financial Markets Learnership & CFA Exam Preparation classes. The services received from HFA has been satisfying throughout from the beginning to date. They are professional, customer centric and good at maintaining relationships. It is always a pleasure working with them as a provider" Automated Outsourcing Services (AOS): Aimee McNamara, Head Human Resources "In addition to the formal learnership programme, HFA offers a number of other services, all with the intention of assisting organisations in terms of true transformation initiatives. I would highly recommend HFA to any business wishing to develop quality skill within their organisation and the industry at large" Absa, Shameen Ramadene, Vice President Barclays Africa CIB Learnership Manager "HFA is a service provider with a proven track record, with competent lecturers with academic qualifications as well as practical and relevant industry experience. We can safely say that we were more than happy with their product as well as the way it was delivered. We measured their delivery - I can state with confidence that the response were overwhelmingly positive. We have decided to retain their services in 2017 to deliver the same excellent product to a new batch of Barclays Africa Employees."
