DISCUSSION ITEMS SECRETARY S REPORT September 17, 2015 1. PSBA Election of Officers 2. High School Water Tank APPROVAL ITEMS 1. The Administration recommends the Board approve payment of the 2014-15 and 2015-16 General Fund expenditures, for August 15, 2015 to September 11, 2015, in the amount of $2,296,637.71. Please see Enclosure B1-1 and B1-2 for further details. 2. The Administration recommends the Board approve payment of the Capital Reserve Fund expenditures in the amount of $305,590.94. Please see Enclosure B2 for further details. 3. The Administration recommends the Board approve payment of the 2015-16 Food Service Fund expenditures, for August 1, 2015 to August 31, 2015, in the amount of $2,236.25. Please see Enclosure B3 for further details. 4. The Administration recommends the Board accept the Plan Con K, Project Refinancing for the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds, Series of 2015, to current refund General Obligation Bonds, Series of 2010, as approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. 5. The Administration and the Building and Grounds/Transportation Committee recommend the Board authorize the installation of the new softball scoreboard on the middle school building. Please see Enclosure B5 for further details. 6. The Administration recommends the Board accept a donation from Kloeckner Metals of various steel items, with an approximate value of $425, to be used in the agricultural mechanics and small engines and welding courses at Eastern York High School. 7. The Administration recommends the Board approve to dispose of a 2001 Chevy van, Tag #MG-2345A, Vin #1GNDX03E03D196322. 8. The Administration recommends the Board approve to dispose of the old baseball/field hockey scoreboard from the high school field. 9. The Administration recommends the Board approve to dispose of an audiometer from the Wrightsville Elementary School Heath Room. 4
