Terms and Conditions governing the CIMB FIESTA 2015 ( The Event ) organized by CIMB Bank Berhad ( CIMB Bank ) The Roll and Win Game ( Game ) 1. The Game to win mystery gifts shall be held during CIMB FIESTA from 29 May to 31 May 2015, both dates inclusive from 10am to 9pm ( Game Period ) at Straits Quay Convention Centre, Penang. 2. The Game is open to CIMB Bank and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad credit and debit cardmembers and CIMB Bank Kwik accountholders issued with cardmember ) who spend at least Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred (RM300) in a single transaction in a single day from all participating merchants in the Event during the Game Period. Amount spent shall be evidence by original card transaction slips. 3. Every Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred (RM300) spent in a single card transaction slip shall entitle the cardmember to one (1) dice roll of the Game. 4. Upon verification of the original card transaction slips, the qualified cardmember will be given a chance to roll the dice. There are six numbers on the dice with the sequence from one to six. The number on the dice will determine the mystery gift to be won based on the number as reflected on the board game. 5. Mystery gifts won from the Game are not exchangeable for cash, credit of any kind or Enrich Miles. Gift with Purchase ( The Gift with Purchase ) 1. The Gift with Purchase to redeem gifts shall be held during CIMB FIESTA from 29 May to 31 May 2015, both dates inclusive from 10am to 9pm ( Promotion Period ) at Straits Quay Convention Centre, Penang. 2. The Gift with Purchase is open to CIMB Bank and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad credit and debit cardmembers and CIMB Bank Kwik accountholders issued with physical card under the Kwik account (collectively herein referred to as qualified cardmember ) who spend at least Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred (RM500) in a single day from all participating merchants in the Event during the Promotion Period. Amount spent shall be evidence by original card transaction slips which may consist of combined spending from supplementary card (if any) of the qualified cardmember. 3. Redemption of the gift must be made on the same day as purchase.

4. Each qualified cardmember is only entitled to one (1) gift per day during the Promotion Period. 5. The qualified cardmember may exchange the gift for a different gift of lower value. 6. The Gift with Purchase is on a while-stocks-last basis and CIMB Bank reserves the right to replace the gift as advertised with an alternative gift of similar value.. 5X Bonus Points or 2X Cash Rebate ( The Reward ) 1. The Reward is open to CIMB Bank and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad credit and debit cardmembers who utilize their card for any payment transaction with any participating merchants in the Event during the CIMB FIESTA from 29 May to 31 May 2015, both dates inclusive from 10am to 9pm ( Promotion Period ) at Straits Quay Convention Centre, Penang. 2. 5 X Bonus Points will be rewarded for credit and debit card with bonus point feature based on the purchase amount made from all participating merchants in the Event during the Promotion Period. Every ringgit spent with the card would be rewarded with 5 Bonus Points. Bonus Points earned will be credited into the cardmember's credit or debit card account within 14 working days after the Promotion Period. 3. 2 X Cash Rebate will be rewarded for usage of cash rebate credit card based on purchase amount made from all participating merchants in the Event during the Promotion Period. Every ringgit spent with the card would be rewarded with 0.4% cash rebate for CIMB Bank Cash Rebate Gold MasterCard and CIMB Bank Cash Rebate Platinum MasterCard, and 1% cash rebate would be rewarded for CIMB Bank Petronas Gold MasterCard, CIMB Bank Petronas Platinum MasterCard, CIMB Islamic Petronas MasterCard, CIMB Bank Platinum Business Card, CIMB Bank Visa Infinite and CIMB Bank Visa Infinite-i. The cash rebate earned will be credited into the cardmember's credit card account on the cardmember s next monthly statement date. Spend and Win Contest ( The Contest ) 1. The Contest is open to any CIMB Bank and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad credit and debit cardmembers and CIMB Bank Kwik account holders issued with cardmember ) who spend at least Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1000) in a single day from all participating merchants in the Event on 29 May 2015 and 30 May 2015 from 10am to 9pm and on 31 May 2015 from 10am to 7pm at Straits

Quay Convention Centre, Penang. Amount spent shall be evidenced by original card transaction slips. 2. Qualified cardmembers are required to register at CIMB Bank s Customer Service Counter by presenting the original card transaction slips as evidence of amount spent. Amount spent may consist of combined spending from supplementary card (if any) of the qualified cardmember. One entry form will be given to the qualified cardmember for every Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1000) spent after due verification. Entry form must be filled in by the qualified cardmember and returned to the CIMB Bank s Customer Service Counter. 3. Entry forms which have been duly filled in by qualified cardmembers will be collected by CIMB Bank and thereafter randomly selected. Selected qualified cardmember stand a chance to win the prize under the Contest. The first selected qualified cardmember will be announced on stage on 31 May 2015 at 8pm during the Event and be required to answer one (1) pre-determined question selected by CIMB Bank. Upon announcement, the selected qualified cardmember has to be present on stage and answer the selected question correctly, failing which his or her entitlement to win the Prize will be forfeited and the next selected qualified cardmember randomly selected by CIMB Bank will be announced. This process will be repeated until a selected qualified cardmember is able to answer the pre-determined question successfully on stage and announced as the winner of 1 unit of GINTELL G-Bravo Massage Chair worth RM12,988 ( the Prize ). For the avoidance of doubt there is only one (1) Prize to be won under the Contest. General Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Game, The Gift with Purchase, The Reward and The Contest 1. By participating in the Event, CIMB Bank and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad credit and debit cardmembers and CIMB Bank Kwik accountholders issued with cardmember(s) ) shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein and agree that CIMB Bank s decision on all matters relating to the Event, including the determination of qualified cardmembers entitlement to participate in the Event and the entitlement to the Bonus Points, cash rebate, gift(s) and the Prize are final, binding and conclusive. 2. The Event and the applicable period of CIMB FIESTA are subject to change at any time and from time to time by CIMB Bank and CIMB Bank reserves the right to suspend, cancel, terminate or withdraw the Event in whole or part, by giving the qualified cardmembers adequate prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, suspension, cancellation, termination or withdrawal of the Event shall not entitle any of the qualified cardmembers

to any claim or compensation against CIMB Bank for any losses or damages suffered by the qualified cardmembers as a direct or indirect result of the act of suspension, cancellation or termination. 3. CIMB Bank reserves the rights upon giving adequate notice to vary (whether by addition, deletion, modification, amendment, or otherwise howsoever) ( Amendment ) any of the terms and conditions herein. Any Amendment to the provisions herein shall be binding on the qualified cardmembers and CIMB Bank is deemed to have notified qualified cardmembers of the Amendment by: (i) its display at CIMB Bank s premises and website regarding the Amendment where detail provisions regarding the Amendment may be provided in the notice itself or may be provided to the qualified cardmembers upon request; or (ii) by a notice being sent by CIMB Bank to the qualified cardmember s last known address; or (iii) advertised in one newspaper of CIMB Bank s choice; or (iv) via electronic mail or by any other means of notification which CIMB Bank may select and the Amendment shall be deemed binding on the qualified cardmember as from the date of notification of the Amendment or from such other date as may be specified by CIMB Bank in the notification. 4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIMB Bank expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties, or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the gift(s) or the Prize won under the Event or the goods or services redeemed from the bonus points or the goods and services purchased and/or obtained during the Event. 5. In no event will CIMB Bank be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Event, even if CIMB Bank has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded. 6. Qualified cardmembers shall assume all liability for any misconduct, damage, claim or expense arising from participating in the Event (this includes legal costs on a solicitor client basis). 7. By participating in this Event, qualified cardmembers hereby agree and irrevocably and unconditionally undertake to fully absolve CIMB Bank of all liabilities and agree to indemnify CIMB Bank (on full indemnity basis) and

hold CIMB Bank harmless against any claim by any third party and against any loss, damage, cost or expense (including solicitors fees and cost) that CIMB Bank may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with the Event. 8. These terms and conditions will prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the Event. 9. The decision of CIMB Bank and/or CIMB Bank s judges in relation to every aspect of the Campaign shall be final, binding and conclusive. 10. If there is any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the Bahasa Malaysia and English version or other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail. Notwithstanding the aforementioned where request had been made by the qualified cardmember and noted and acknowledged by CIMB Bank and/or CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad in its records that the Bahasa Malaysia version of the Terms and Conditions shall govern the operation of the qualified cardmember s credit and/or debit card and/or KWIK account, then the Bahasa Malaysia version of the Terms and Conditions herein shall prevail.
