Boeing Pre-Employment/Transfer Modeling Tool What is the Pre-Employment/Transfer Modeling Tool? The Pre-Employment/Transfer Modeling Tool is an online resource for health and welfare information for prospective Boeing employees and transfers in certain labor group codes. You can use the tool to review and compare the benefits for which prospective employees and transfers would be eligible. The tool features: A side-by-side comparison of available medical plans, premiums, and provisions; A side-by-side comparison of available dental plans and provisions; and Overviews of disability plans, life insurance plans, AD&D plans, and flexible spending accounts. The plan information the tool provides is specific to the labor group code you select and the zip code you enter, so you can be sure that you re giving accurate information to prospective employees and transfers. Getting Started 1. Access the Website at http://www.nonhiredmodeler.com. 2. Enter your User ID and Password. Your User ID is boeing Your Password is hewitt 3. Click Log on. If you re inactive for more than 30 minutes after logging on, you may be prompted to log on again.

After logging on, you ll land on the Home page, where you ll need to enter general information about the prospective employee or transfer. 1. Enter the prospective employee or transfer s five-digit zip code. 2. Choose the applicable labor group codes in the Labor Group drop-down menu. 3. Choose from the following benefit plans in the Plan Types drop-down menu: Medical Dental Disability Life Insurance AD&D Flexible Spending Accounts 4. Click Submit. Note: You can return to this page and change your selections at any time by clicking Home at the top of each page. Once you click Submit, you ll see plan information that is specific to the labor group code and the zip code you provided. This information is displayed on every page.

Create a Candidate Passcode You can also create a custom link and candidate passcode to share with prospective employees, so they can use the tool to review and compare the benefits for which they may be eligible. Click this link to create a custom link and candidate passcode. Next, select the applicable labor group code and enter the start and end dates that the tool will be available. The confirmation screen will give you a custom link and candidate passcode to share with prospective employees.

To access the tool, the candidate should click the link provided, and enter the unique passcode. Once logged on, the candidate can enter his or her five-digit residential zip code and choose a benefit plan type to view the benefits available to the applicable labor group code.

Medical Plans Various medical plans may be available to prospective employees and transfers depending on their zip code and labor group. You have the option to compare up to three plans in a side-by-side chart. Choose the plans you want to compare and see a side-byside chart that includes plan premiums and provisions.

Dental Plans Similar to the medical charts, you can view a side-by-side comparison chart of dental plan provisions. Because a maximum of three dental plans are available to employees, you do not need to select the plans you want to compare; all eligible plans will be displayed.

Disability, Life Insurance, AD&D, and Flexible Spending Accounts The disability, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), and flexible spending account sections provide a general overview of the benefits available as well as their key provisions. Log Off When you re done using the Pre-Employment/Transfer Modeling Tool, click Log off at the top of the page.
