Attendance at Dinner (optional) The Oxford and Cambridge Club - Friday 8 July The address will be given by Sir James Munby, President of the Family Division of the High Court, London. Places at the dinner are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once all places are taken we will operate a waiting list. Due to the limited places available at the dinner please do not make payment for the dinner when sending the conference fee. You will be contacted after registration to confirm your place at the dinner and payment will then be requested. We reserve the right to change the programme, date, content, price, speakers and venue as necessary or cancel the conference totally in which case we will refund the full conference fee, but will not cover any other expenses incurred. Delegates are therefore strongly advised to arrange their own travel insurance to cover cancellation of travel and other costs. Conference Fees and Payment Methods All conference fees must be paid as soon as this form is submitted. Please make payment for the reception at the same time as the fees if you plan to attend them. Please note that payment for the dinner will be requested later as places at this are limited. Conference places are not confirmed until payment has been received. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
