Such a report may include information obtained through criminal background checks, fingerprint checks, motor vehicle driving record checks and verification of information you have provided on your application. The report may also contain information obtained through consumer credit checks which bear on your credit worthiness, credit standing and credit capacity, provided such checks are permitted by applicable law. Finally, the report may contain information regarding your character, general reputation, personal characteristics and/or mode of living. Some of this information may be obtained by contacting your present and previous employers or references supplied by you. The report will be used for employment purposes only. Please be advised that you have the right, within a reasonable period of time after receipt of this Notice to request in writing that we make a complete and accurate disclosure of the nature and scope of the investigation requested by us and provide a summary of your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Aramark has decided to offer you employment contingent upon your successful background investigation. If hired by Aramark, this authorization will remain in effect and serve as continuing authorization for Aramark to obtain consumer reports and investigative consumer reports at any time during your employment with Aramark.
