The United States of America VisitDenmark - BoConcept Win a trip to Copenhagen - Christmas Competition 2017 Official Rules The Sweepstakes is intended for participation only in the United States shall be construed according to, and governed exclusively by, United States. Do not participate in the Sweepstakes unless you meet the eligibility requirements set forth below and are physically located in the United States at the time of entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Eligibility: Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C., who has reached the age of majority in his or her state of residence at the time of entry. Completing the registration form and answering the questions is mandatory. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on December 18, 2017. Limit one entry person per e-mail address during the Promotion Period. All required information must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of the Promotion. Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to Copenhagen, Denmark. The prize package includes roundtrip on Economy class from one of the following airports: John F. Five (5) nights stay for two people in double room incl. breakfast at one of Guldsmeden Hotels (Bertrams Guldsmeden, Axel Guldsmeden, Carlton 66 Guldsmeden, Babette Guldsmeden, Manon Les Suites). The winner will also receive roundtrip airline tickets to Copenhagen for two persons. The Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of the trip is $1,580. All travel arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates & other restrictions. Reservations must be requested at least (30) days prior to intend date of departure and are subject to availability at time of request. The prize is valid from January 1 st 2018 to January 1 st 2019. The trip must be booked before January 1 st 2019. Winner & guest must travel on same itinerary throughout. Rebooking and changes are not permitted. Tickets are nonrefundable and non-transferable. The airline is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All unspecified expenses related to acceptance/use of prize & all taxes including airport taxes on prize are winner s sole responsibility. For Grand Prize, expenses include costs of obtaining required travel documents (including visa and passport) and or insurance. No prize substitution, except by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, if advertised prize is unavailable and only then for prize of equal or greater value. No prize transfer. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the aforementioned prize is not available. Drawing and Notification: All prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing by the Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If any potential winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days of attempted notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release (unless prohibited) within 10 days of written notification or prize winner will be disqualified. Disputes: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that 1.) The winner (and guest) will fly from the following airports in Argentina: Buenos Aires, Salta, Bariloche and Comodoro Rivadavia. The winner (and guest) are responsible for costs regarding transfers to and from the airport, any insurance needed and spending money. Citizens from some countries need visa in order to travel to Denmark. The winner is responsible for organizing any required visa and covering any costs involved.
