Lawyers Lucas Niedolistek was admitted to the Bar in Paris in 2003. He offers an in-depth expertise of all issues relating to antitrust/competition, distribution and consumer protection laws in France and internationally. He also deals with the creation and implementation of compliance programs for various types of clients. Lucas has developed an experience of commercial litigation resulting for instance from the termination of commercial relations between business partners or general civil liability actions before the French Courts. He also advises international clients (Asia, Middle-East) on all legal issues relating to their investments in France. Lucas started his legal career with the Competition Directorate of the European Commission in Brussels. He has worked for a number of top-tier international firms in Paris (such as Clifford Chance and Freshfields) and abroad (Beijing, Hong Kong and London). He has also been Director of legal affairs for one of the most important family-owned group of companies in Saudi Arabia. Lucas Niedolistek founded LNI Avocats in October 2015. Member of Association française d étude de la concurrence (AFEC) and of Association des avocats pratiquant le droit de la concurrence (APDC) two of the most prominent legal associations dealing with antitrust issues in France.
