[N] Issued on one days notice under authority of 8 CFR 34.4. This tariff publication is conditionally accepted subject to refund pending a 30-day review period. ( NDPL ) FERC No. [W] 3.6.0 3.5. is under a temporary embargo with respect to movements onto the NDPL system from the interconnection at Little Muddy (Williams County), North Dakota from Epping Transmission Company, LLC. [W] is being issued to provide notice of an extension of this temporary embargo on NDPL due to further delays in construction. NDPL anticipates the temporary embargo to last no longer than 3 more months, unless notice is provided to the contrary. FERC No. 3.5. is being issued to provide notice of this temporary embargo on NDPL due to delays in construction. NDPL anticipates the temporary embargo to last no longer than six weeks, unless notice is provided to the contrary. This tariff also applies on North Dakota intrastate traffic. The rates in this tariff are expressed in U.S. cents per barrel for pipeline gathering and transportation, subject to change as provided by law. The provisions published herein will, if effective, not result in an effect on the quality of the human environment.
