Send Money We live in a global village. Right now, you have someone you love living in another city or even another country. We want to help you take care of them and to help them take care of you. And sometimes caring means giving money, right? FNB s Send Money options allow you easy access to ending money in one of four ways via Cellphone Banking, Online Banking, FNB ATMs and the FNB Banking App. With FNB s offerings: ewallet, Zimbabwe and Mozambique Money Transfer and MoneyGram, you can transact easily and securely. And with FNB s Send Money, sending and receiving have never felt this easy. The ewallet alternative Do you need to pay someone instantly? ewallet is a convenient way to Send Money to anyone with a valid South African cellphone number* even if that person doesn t have a bank account. Your money is transferred instantly from your FNB transactional account via Cellphone Banking, Online Banking, the FNB Banking App or at an FNB ATM. If you have an FNB Credit Card, you can Send Money using Online Banking or an FNB ATM. The recipient can then withdraw some or all of the cash from any FNB ATM as well as buy prepaid airtime, data or electricity. * Nokia Lumia phones and all other Windows 7.5 and Windows 8-operated phones cannot be used to Send Money or to receive money. Zimbabwe Money Transfer FNB Zimbabwe Money Transfer is an instant, easy and affordable money transfer service that allows FNB customers living in South Africa to Send Money to someone in Zimbabwe with a valid Zimbabwean identity document. The funds can be collected immediately at a participating OK Zimbabwe Ltd. Money Counter. The good news is that this service isn t limited to smartphones; most cellphones can be used to Send Money. Just make sure that your customer records are up to date, which you can do at any FNB branch. You can Send Money to Zimbabwe from your active FNB transactional* account at any time as long as you re registered for incontact and Cellphone Banking, Online Banking or have the FNB Banking App. * Please note: Currently, FNB customers cannot Send Money to Zimbabwe from FNB Credit Card Accounts. MoneyGram MoneyGram is a money transfer service that FNB offers customers for cross-border, person-to-person payments to more than 200 countries and territories excluding Lesotho, Namibia and Swaziland. This is an easy and affordable, quick and convenient way to send or receive foreign currency and its speed and simplicity ensure a same-day transaction. All you need to send a MoneyGram is an FNB account along with some money in it, of course! You can send a MoneyGram from an FNB branch, ATM or via Cellphone Banking. All beneficiaries must be loaded in a branch, after which you ll be able to transact via FNB ATMs or Cellphone Banking. You will receive a reference number confirming you have sent the money. You will need to give this reference number to the beneficiary. The beneficiary can then go to their nearest MoneyGram agent in their country with the reference number and present their identity document to collect the money within minutes of you sending it. Should you need to Send Money to the bank account of an individual or business in another country, just make a Global Payment via Online Banking, the FNB Banking App or at your nearest FNB branch. This is in line with the Code of Banking Practice (COBP). In the case where we ve used FNB-specific terminology, we ve added this here showing the wording that other banks may use. So, FNB s term as per this pricing guide is Card Purchase, while the standard terminology is Card Transaction ; FNB s term is Payment, while the standard terminology equivalent is Third Party Payment/ Stop Order. FNB uses the term Slimline Devices whereas other banks might call them Mini ATMs. FNB uses the term echannels, which refers to Online Banking, Telephone Banking Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and FNB ATMs. FNB s Mobile Channels refer to Cellphone Banking and the FNB Banking App. 5
