THE FOLLOWING EXPENSES ARE ADDITIONALLY PAID VIA BANK TRANSFER: When filing the documents, the student pays a University registration and application fee of 300 USD in order to cover the invitation preparation expenses, and those of posting it via express mail (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT), meeting the student at the international airport of Moscow or Saint-Petersburg, transferring and meeting the student at the airport / railway station in the city of studies in Russia, accompanying the student to the University, registering the student at the student hostel, admitting the student to the University etc. Due to the limited number of air tickets on the route Moscow-Astrakhan / Stavropol / Pyatigorsk / Vladikavkaz and the inability to purchase on the day of students arrival in Moscow, the cost of air ticket is included in the invoice (350 USD). Air tickets are purchased in advance by the central office of the organization "RACUS". The cost of air tickets and train tickets on other routes are not included into the invoice and are additionally paid in cash by the student. In case the student arrives individually, he/she is to pay an additional charge of 150 USD in cash upon arrival to Russia.
