Michael J. Collins Senior Portfolio Manager Senior Vice President Financial Advisor My career began in 1981. Over the past 33 years, I have helped clients manage their wealth throughout good times and bad. This includes the 1987 stock market crash, the 2000-2001 internet bubble, and the 2008 global crisis. I joined Morgan Stanley after 16 years at UBS Financial Services and a tenure at Lehman Bros Inc. (15 years). Focusing on fee based discretionary portfolio management, I am FINRA-registered and hold Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses. Featured in the publication, The Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities, my emphasis is on rules based investment processes. My bachelor s degree in economics and psychology (cum laude) is from Bowdoin College. My wife and I reside in Hull MA and enjoy spending time with our 3 children. Stephen K. Savrann Vice President Financial Advisor My investment career began in one of the equity market s most memorable years in stock market history 1987. I recently joined Morgan Stanley after spending 26 years at UBS Financial Services. My entire career has been focused on providing customized investment planning solutions for businesses and high net worth families. My particular area of emphasis is servicing the needs of the Automotive Reinsurance marketplace. My bachelor s degree in business management is from Babson College. Portfolio Management and Strategies The Collins/Savrann Group Investment Strategies- The PM Program The PM Program was established in 1979 to provide individual investors with a level of personalized portfolio management typically reserved for major institutional investors. All portfolios are managed individually on a fully discretionary basis by Financial Advisors at Morgan Stanley who have been qualified by the firm to independently manage client assets based on training, experience and commitment to service. Dividend Growth Strategy (Large Cap) Objective The objective of our Large-Cap Dividend Growth portfolio is to achieve above-average growth relative to the S&P 500 over a full market cycle (7 10 years), while experiencing below-average volatility. We aim to accomplish this objective through a diversified portfolio constructed primarily of 20 40 large-cap, dividend-paying securities. This style is most suitable for investors looking for equity and income exposure in a diversified portfolio. Key Facts Asset Class/Market Cap: Equities/Large-Cap Geographic Exposure: Global Investment Strategy In our Dividend Strategy portfolio we primarily concentrate on domestic equities. From time to time, we may invest in international securities; however, they will represent a minority of the portfolio. Primary factors that we evaluate for this portfolio involve current dividend yield, historical dividend growth, and the sustainability and consistency of each security s dividend payout ratio. From these factors we derive an intrinsic value ( fair value ) for each security. We aim to purchase each security well below its fair value and hold until it reaches fair value. Portfolio turnover is fairly modest. Due to the nature of the selection process, portfolio holdings tend to have a larger market capitalization and generally will represent most of the S&P 500 sectors. PRT Equity Strategy (All-Cap) Objective The objective of the PRT Strategy portfolio is to achieve above-average risk-adjusted returns by utilizing a systematic (rules-based) investment process. This portfolio typically consists of 12 40 domestically traded securities, although the portfolio has held as many as 80 positions. Companies in this portfolio tend to be smaller to medium in terms of market capitalization (market cap range from $200 million to 10 billion). This portfolio is actively managed; turnover is higher, and thus, this portfolio can experience more volatility. With frequent rebalancing, it is unlikely that gains on individual stocks will qualify for long-term capital gains treatment. This style is most suited for investors who are comfortable with potentially larger swings in the value of their portfolio. Key Facts Asset Class/Market Cap: Equities/All-Cap Geographic Exposure: United States 6 MORGAN STANLEY

Investment Strategy Our All-Cap PRT Strategy portfolio is focused on adhering to a rulesbased proprietary investment model. As a rules-based program, investment decisions are executed according to a set of predefined criteria. These rules cover all aspects of the investment process: what to buy, when to buy, how much to buy, when to add to existing positions and when to sell. The PRT process involves the daily review of recently released company quarterly earnings reports. To qualify for purchase, each company must satisfy four specific investment criteria. The portfolio aims to profit off the inefficiencies of the stock market by purchasing companies that are experiencing strong earnings growth and have recently reported a positive quarterly earnings surprise. A disciplined risk management is employed. In theory, the risk management process is designed to protect profits, minimize losses and control portfolio volatility. Portfolio turnover tends to be more frequent with this strategy, so portfolio volatility could be greater during various market cycles. Additionally, due to the nature of the investment process, this portfolio may also maintain larger cash positions from time to time.

Portfolio Management and Strategies (continued) Multiple Asset Strategy (All-Cap) Objective The objective of our Multiple Asset Strategy is to achieve growth of capital through ownership of a diversified portfolio of mutual funds and EFTs. These funds are uniquely selected based on an individual Target Asset Allocation model. This strategy is most suitable for investors who desire a broad exposure to various asset classes. Key Facts Asset Class/Market Cap: All potential asset classes/all-cap Geographic Exposure: Global Investment Strategy The portfolios created by our Multiple Asset Strategy are unique for each client. We begin by asking detailed questions about your investment goals, time frames, preferences and comfort level with risk. Your answers will generate a customized proposal which will summarize a particular target asset allocation. This allocation will be reflective of your investment objectives and tolerance for risk and will also serve as a model when modifying or rebalancing your portfolio. Once the asset allocation has been determined, our team, with access to over 3,000 mutual funds and EFTs, will structure a diversified portfolio of funds for you according to your particular target asset allocation. All portfolios are monitored and rebalanced quarterly keeping your investment plan in line with the target allocations. 8 MORGAN STANLEY
