3.Involvement of partners in the Programme preparation What and when On what partners have to be involved? And when? While identifying challenges and needs Done in spring 2012 (survey with 1.000 full respondents!) While identifying topics on which to focus (thematic concentration) While designing the Programme intervention logic (Priorities) To be carried out on the overall Programme strategy (early 2013)
4. Conclusions Outlook to the future building on the current The Central Europe 2007-2013 is well on track and is delivering results. Thematic concentration vs flexibility is an issue. Result oriented approach is now and will be in future, in spite of scarce resources (capturing the transnational added value) Sound financial management is a goal and reduction of administrative burden and simplification is a must!
