Loan Pay Guide 1 Loan Pay is a tool that exists within online banking and allows qualified users to pay a Sun East loan, at no charge, from any checking, savings, or money market account at any financial institution. Log in to Online Banking; the loan pay display is labeled My Loan Payment Guide and appears directly below My Accounts. Next to each loan in the My Loan Pay Guide box will be a colored light: A green light means the loan is current. A yellow light means the loan is current and the next payment is due within 7 days. A red light means the payment is past due. Other information in the loan pay guide box includes: Loan - a description of the loan. Payment Amount the monthly payment amount and due date. (When a payment is in process, this amount may show as $0 for up to 24 hours.) Total Due the monthly payment amount plus any past due amounts and/or late fees. Pay Now the automated loan payment tool. Select Pay Now to begin the payment process.

Loan Pay Guide 2 By selecting the Pay Now tool; you can choose to pay any Sun East loan from any Sun East account(s) or any external account(s) at another financial institution. This is the Pay from External Account process. The first time you opt to pay from an External Account, you have to select Add an account to set up the external payment account information.

Loan Pay Guide 3 The Loan Payment - Add Account set-up box appears. Select the Account Type of the bank account you will be transferring your loan payment from. Enter the Bank Name or Routing Number of the bank you will be transferring your loan payment from; then select that corresponding bank from the drop down options.

Loan Pay Guide 4 Enter your Account Number and re-enter it to confirm; review all information for accuracy, make any necessary corrections and select Continue. The Loan Payment box will appear with your options: Choose the Pay From bank name from the drop down options, which you set up. Choose the Pay Loan name of the loan you want the payment applied to. Enter the Dollar Amount of the payment you want to make. Choose the date to Initiate Payment On and please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the payment to post, keep that in mind when choosing the date. o You can schedule recurring payments by selecting Repeat and choosing the frequency. Review the Terms and Conditions by selecting the live link.

Loan Pay Guide 5 Once the Loan Payments Terms and Conditions have been reviewed and/or printed; close the box. If the Terms and Conditions box is not checked in the Loan Payment box, you will not be able to move forward. Once the Terms and Conditions are accepted, select Continue.

Loan Pay Guide 6 Now that all information has been completed and accepted, a Loan Payment Review box will appear. If any information is inaccurate, select Edit Payment and make any necessary changes. If you change your mind and don t want to proceed, select Cancel. If all information is accurate, select Make Payment. And to receive an email reminder, check the Remind me box. Once you choose to Make Payment, the Loan Payment Confirmation box will appear and at that point, you will have the option to Print a receipt or Close out of the box.

Loan Pay Guide 7 Once you close the Loan Payment Confirmation box, the Scheduled Loan Payments screen will appear and show the pending payment; this is the last option you have to CANCEL the payment prior to processing. PAYMENTS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER 2 P.M. EST. If you choose to CANCEL, a confirmation box will pop up; choose YES to cancel or NO to continue with scheduling the payment. $4.85 If you choose YES to cancel, the transaction will be removed from the Scheduled Loan Payments and no further action will be required. If you choose NO to cancelling the payment, the transaction will remain scheduled for the date you chose. If you checked the Remind me option back in the Loan Payment Review box, you ll receive an email when the payment is initiated: This concludes the Pay from External Account process; please proceed to the next page for the Pay from Sun East Account process.

Loan Pay Guide 9 By selecting the Pay Now tool; you can choose to pay any Sun East loan from any Sun East account(s) or any external account(s) at another financial institution. This is the Pay from Sun East Account process. When you select Pay from Sun East Account, the Move Money box will appear. FROM select the Sun East account you want to make your payment from TO select the Sun East loan you want to make a payment to DATE choose the date you want the transfer/payment made by; please note, if you check the Repeat box, you can set up a recurring transfer/payment.

Loan Pay Guide 10 Memo you can add an optional note or reminder about the transfer/payment. Once all information is completed, select Make Transfer to move ahead or Cancel to stop. If you selected Make Transfer, the Please Confirm box will appear. This is your last chance to either Confirm or Cancel the transfer/payment.

Loan Pay Guide 11 If you selected Confirm, the Move Money box will appear and provide detailed confirmation of your transfer/payment. You will have the option to Print a receipt from here. Choose Make another transfer if you have additional loans to pay or select Done if finished. This transaction will immediately appear in Online Banking as a Withdrawal/Transfer from the account you chose to pay from, to the loan you chose to make a payment on; any note/memo you may have input regarding the transfer/payment will also appear within this line item.
