In connection with the Company s distribution in Germany, the provisions of the Prospectus shall be updated as follows: 1. That the Index on page 2 of the Prospectus be amended by the addition of the following text at the end of the Index: "Additional Information for Investors in Germany" 2. That the following details be included as a new section at the end of the Prospectus on page 101: "Additional Information for Investors in the Federal Republic of Germany 1. In addition to a publication on the section dedicated to German investors of the website https://www.sourceetf.com, Shareholders will be informed via shareholder letter about the following changes: - the suspension of redemption of a Fund's Shares; - the termination of the management of a Fund or the liquidation thereof, - changes being made to the Constitution of the Company or the Prospectus (including the Supplements) which are not in compliance with the existing investment principles or changes which affect material investor rights or which relate to fees and cost refunds that may be withdrawn from a Fund; - the merger of a Fund; and, - where relevant, the conversion of a Fund into a feeder fund and a change of a master. 6.
