SEMINAR INFORMATION The CRASH! 2017 CTP Seminar brings together leading experts in the Compulsory Third Party industry from South Australia and interstate. The annual Seminar aims to foster discussion regarding current issues and provide an opportunity for professional development, as well as encouraging informal networking amongst industry professionals. VENUE The Organising Committee for the CRASH! 2017 Compulsory Third Party Seminar are delighted to invite you to attend this important industry event at the Hilton Adelaide, upstairs in the Ballroom on Thursday, 23 March 2017. Located in Victoria Square, delegates will be able to enjoy lunch in the COAL CELLAR + GRILL, which highlights the best of South Australia's produce. The Networking Drinks at the end of the Seminar will be held in the Collins Bar. A nod to the roaring 1920s, the Collins blends classic charm with modern sophistication. GETTING THERE The Hilton Adelaide offers onsite car parking. There are also a couple of undercover car parking locations available close to the Hilton Adelaide. Based on the current program, attending the full day s sessions would equate to 5 CPD units. REGISTRATION FEES & PAYMENT Early Bird Registration (payment before COB Friday, 27 January 2017) $250.00 Regular Registration (payment after Friday, 27 January 2017) $295.00 Group Registration (payment for 4 or more delegates in the same organisation) $275.00 Inclusions: The registration fees displayed above include attendance at all Seminar sessions including the closing Networking Drinks. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is provided. All delegates will receive a name tag and satchel on arrival at the Seminar. Prices are inclusive of GST.

TERMS & CONDITIONS LIABILITY / INSURANCE In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, CRASH CTP Seminar 2017, the Organising Committee and All Occasions Group cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. CRASH CTP Seminar 2017, the Organising Committee and All Occasions Group take no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Seminar. All insurance, including medical cover and for expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of the Seminar is the individual delegate s responsibility. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Seminar, or through the cancellation of the Seminar itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Seminar Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure. CANCELLATION POLICY Registration cancellations must be sent in writing by mail, fax or email to All Occasions Management. Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Seminar will receive a full refund, less a $50.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to seven days prior to the Seminar will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within seven days of the Seminar; however a substitute delegate may be nominated. PRIVACY POLICY In accordance with the requirements of the Australian Privacy Act 2000, the All Occasions Group complies with such legislation which is designed to protect the rights of the individual to privacy of their information. All information collected with respect to your registration for participation in this Seminar will only be used for the purposes of planning, conduct of the event or communication regarding future events. These details may be made available to parties directly related to the Seminar including but not limited to the All Occasions Group, venues, key sponsors (subject to strict conditions) and other related parties as deemed necessary. It is also usual to produce a Delegate List of attendees at the Seminar and to include the delegates details in such a list.
