The annual Seminar aims to foster discussion regarding current issues and provide an opportunity for professional development, as well as encouraging informal networking amongst industry professionals. VENUE The Organising Committee for the CRASH! 2017 Compulsory Third Party Seminar are delighted to invite you to attend this important industry event at the Hilton Adelaide, upstairs in the Ballroom on Thursday, 23 March 2017. Located in Victoria Square, delegates will be able to enjoy lunch in the COAL CELLAR + GRILL, which highlights the best of South Australia's produce. TERMS & CONDITIONS LIABILITY / INSURANCE In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, CRASH CTP Seminar 2017, the Organising Committee and All Occasions Group cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. CRASH CTP Seminar 2017, the Organising Committee and All Occasions Group take no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Seminar. All insurance, including medical cover and for expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of the Seminar is the individual delegate s responsibility. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Seminar, or through the cancellation of the Seminar itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Seminar Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure. CANCELLATION POLICY Registration cancellations must be sent in writing by mail, fax or email to All Occasions Management. Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Seminar will receive a full refund, less a $50.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to seven days prior to the Seminar will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within seven days of the Seminar; however a substitute delegate may be nominated.
