Make a plan just as you would for traditional marketing. Drive prospective buyers to your own website to search for homes and receive listing alerts. Then, plan your supporting activities: How many follow-up calls per prospect each month? When will you schedule your calls? (i.e. Tuesdays from 3:30-5:30 pm) How many drop-bys? When will you drop by? (i.e. Saturdays from 9:30-11:30 am) How many postcards will you mail each month?
