Introducing Corporation was established through the partial demerger of YIT Corporation on June 30, 2013 when YIT s Building Services and Industrial Services operations were transferred to an independent company. Trading in shares at Helsinki stock exchange began on July 1, 2013. had 39,250 shareholders at the start of the listing in the beginning of July.
