BNP Paribas REIM Italy The organizational structure of the BNPP REIM (team of 70 people) is based on a Fund Management team split in three sub-areas identified by risk/return profile of funds: (i) Core Funds, (ii) Value Added Funds, (iii) Opportunistic and Development Funds and two transversal business departments ( Asset Management and Sales Management teams). The Asset Management structure is split by asset typology, ensuring the best professional specialization of the teams allocated on the specific asset class. The asset sectors identified and headed by specific managers are: (i) Office, (ii) Retail, (iii) Residential, (iv) Industrial- Logistics/Other, (v) Technical/Development and Refurbishment Activities. The Sales Management structure is split by asset typology as well, to grant the best professional specialization. Focus: recent years (2012 Dec 2016) In the last three years, the SGR has carried out several and important investments in a wide range of asset classes and risk-profile, for an overall value of Euro 2,8 billion. Here below described the asset allocation, the deal structure, the risk profile and geographical allocation of the finalized investments. Given the target allocation requested in the proposal it is possible to make the following considerations: More than 70% of all our investments are focused in Office (45%), Retail (10%) and Industrial/Logistic (17%).
